Crashes
2023- The app still is crashing. Today my cameras will not load on the app.
2020- Love my security cameras. The ability to access them while on the go is awesome. The app has been crashing for months. I contacted the developer to alert them of the crashing issue. They let me know that they were aware of the problem and were coming up with a solution. This week and upgrade was released I downloaded it. I am able to view my cameras longer than before, but The app is still crashing.

Crashes on iPhone
The app is very stable on the iPad & performs very well. However, it wont run on the iPhone for more than a minute without crashing. I’ve tried it on other iPhones in my household & it’s the same problem. A couple years back the same problem occurred on the iPad but you solved it. Please fix this problem for the iPhone too.

Junk product
App crashes all the time. Once settings are loaded you can never change them. You can change them, save your setting, and they instantly revert back to original settings. Programming was wrote, never tested, launched, and never updated. How do I know this? Because it never works. Only makes sense.

App keeps crashing-Was told it is Apple iPhone issue
The security cameras work very well the app keeps on crashing. I was told that it is an Apple-IPhone greed …only iPhone problem as they charge a lot of money for app updates which the Speco company cannot afford?. Don’t know the truth here

Crashes constantly!
I have an Iphone X and sometimes I have to launch the app three times just to get it started. Sometimes if I am lucky I can view my cameras for 30 seconds before it crashes. I even tried removing the app and re-adding it. The Speco One for Ipad is not crashing however.

Constantly crashes
App constantly crashes after being open for less than a minute. Then having to reopen app and still crashes after that. Very frustrating.

Takes Forever to Load…
I used to love this app but now it takes at least 5 minutes for the video to load on your phone.

Clunky And Buggy
This is the most clunky app I have ever encountered. It is one continual crash after another and very hard to navigate. It is almost impossible to use as designed.

Speco needs to issue out an update and fix their bugs. If I pay $ for their products the main thing I need to have is an app that will play my cameras and not crash. Please issue an update soon. This is ridiculous.

Crashes too much, unplug everything that allows the system to work. Still can’t connect with the app. Deleted and reinstalled the app and can’t reconnect with it. It’s useless if it doesn’t work.
