The best is yet to come!
I just started the program today, and from the first couple of lessons I can already imagine the benefits I will gain as I progress through the course. Additionally, I appreciate that the developers acknowledge the fact that speed reading can not be fully learned and then implemented without first being practiced. Furthermore, they have gained my trust by being Frank about.

EDIT: pff, a lot of advertisement content, a lot of bugs like your results are deleted with no reason so you have you start again. First view - super app, three days in use - bad and ruined app

Everything works fine for me expect one WORD PAIRS. It doesnt seem to work right! It takes so much time to complete so it just makes you go panic that something is wrong. So i found 328 pairs!!!! And bar was only half full!! Crazy. I suppose it is a bug. Hope you see this comment, dear developer and fix already perfect and amazing app!!! THANK YOU!!!

Glitches
There seems to be a big glitch and as a result I’m unable to level up at all. Once I complete a session it keeps taking me back to 0 points and a notification that tells me I have to restart the level. I’m also very disappointed with how this app has transitioned from a highly effective and educational app to that of a money focused app that prioritizes advertising for the sole reason of pushing users to purchase a premium subscription. Also it makes no sense that the speed reading game has a glitch wherein it will not increase over 400 speed regardless of how many you get correct.
I really used to like this app and would hate to replace it with another, but I think until these problems are resolved, continuing this app will be hard.

Premium Does Not Work
I purchased the monthly subscription about a week ago, but, the app still shows ads and premium features are not enabled. Actually, in the settings, the app does not recognize my subscription. I contacted the customer support right away, but, no response so far. I deleted and reinstalled the app, and the problem is not solved. I can cancel my subscription through the app store. But, that will be effective next billing cycle, and I need a refund.
Re Developer: First, I was hoping that you make any attempt to fix or explain the issue instead of referring me to Apple for refund. Second, Apple refused to issue a refund. So, I had to dispute the change with my credit card.

Low Ceiling
Really like the exercises and having them, but purchased the $3.99 version after ads started popping up yet the paid-version did not remove ads as promised.
Also, a bit of a glitchy thing is there is a "course" you can train yourself on regularly and the final exercise requires you practice speed reading with in-app or imported texts to do so. Well, you get to the end of the in-app texts pretty darn quick and the app won't let you "restart" the course for the next session without new material. So currently stuck on being unable to restart the course.

Non existing customer service.
Several emails no reply.
I have been charged twice for one month and still do not have full access and most frustrating of all still get commercials.

This is Dodgy!
Do NOT download this app. I think we all know by now that free versions of apps come with certain annoyances, e.g. ads and limited features. However, when one upgrades to the subscription, one expects that ads will disappear and full access to all the features will be granted. Neither of these happened when I upgraded. I went to the apps website for assistance, and it’s in Russian (I think it’s Russian...). I contacted support through the app and never heard back. I tried to rate the app through a link in the settings, and it wouldn’t open.
I will be deleting this app and contacting iTunes for a refund. This is not acceptable!

Use it everyday instead of playing games
The app is very good to train fast reading, memory, and concentration.
One suggestion for remembering numbers training is to make numbers keypad configurable between computer style (or standard calculator) layout vs phone style.

I paid for a subscription, but did not receive the subscription. There is no way to contact the purveyors either. A button title “contact us” simply provides the error message that email is not available.
It does have some very useful training material. Even if you just used it as a warm-up before reading, the enhanced experience would be well worth it.

Waste of money
I got this app to learn something. Awful platform bought the book, it’s written in different language and translation is terrible, so I couldn’t stand reading it. You pay a monthly subscription but the adds are still on and after every task it asks you to pay again. There is no difficulty levels. Every time you read, you have to close the app to return to previous menus. And typing this review is set up in white, so I can’t even see what I’m typing
