Stop the ads with sound
I love this game and play it all the time but now I can’t start a game without an ad and, what’s worse, now these ads have sound that not only startles but is impossible to turn off until the ad is finished. I realize you have to pay for the app somehow but please go back to the silent ads. Also why you think I would be interested in baby diapers when I am nearing retirement is a mystery to me.

Hate the loud pop up ads
I have played this game for years but little by little, the ads are ruining the game. When I started, the ads were a line at the top of the screen and out of the way. They got moved to the bottom of the screen, where I sometimes accidentally opened them up when I went to use the Hint or Undo buttons. Then full screen ads popped up when I restarted a game or started a new game. But at least those were silent and I could X them out right away. Now, the ads that pop up are loud and cannot be closed for about 5 seconds. It is a shock when this very loud ad pops up late at night while I am playing a game before going to sleep and I can’t shut it down for several seconds. My husband has not appreciated being woken up that way and so now I have to keep the sound muted on my iPad all the time, just in case. It is unfortunate that a really great free game is being ruined this way.

Very Good game
I bought it long ago and play all the time, but I need the clock.
When it went away some time ago, l asked for it back and you put a clock back. In the newest version you moved the clock and made it larger.. nice, but when you when you switch to another app then come back the clock shows the time that you switched so it’s no longer the right time, the only way the get the right time is to close the game and restart it, most inconvenient. Can you fix it?

Pop up ads are ruining this game!
This used to be my favorite game, which I've played for years. Now they have allowed pop up ads which cause the game to crash. I didn't mind having a small ad window up in the corner of the screen because this is a free game. But when your whole screen is hijacked, and you have to wait while the ad loads, and then the whole thing crashes - or if you're lucky enough for the ad to load and find where to close it (that can be a game in itself!) and return to the game, the motion of the cards is jerky and slow. Not good!

I enjoy Spider Solitaire and this version plays well. The problem is the hands seem too fake. For instance, often a certain card is not available to play until deep in the game. Like the eight of diamonds. Then the next game it may be the three of spades. You learn to anticipate this which makes it frustrating because you can’t complete your rows due to the ever changing missing card. Also, on the initial deal, you can predict almost with certainty that if you have to move a queen of diamonds to a king of spades, the card you expose will be the king of diamonds that you needed. It simply doesn’t seem random.

Spider solitaire commercials
I am addicted to spider solitaire. I admit it. That's why I bought this app, so I could play without interruption from annoying pop ups and ads trying to get me to get other games, etc. So why, all of the sudden, with this latest update, am I getting a pop up at the beginning of every single game I play on my purchased app??? It is very very annoying and that's why my rating went from five stars to two stars!!! Change it please!!!

Not the ads ruining this game but...
The game board jumping around is a new problem and making it harder for me to continue with this particular Spider Solitaire. As soon as the cards are below the bottom of the screen, the window moves back up to the top of the cards. It’s sometimes impossible to pull a card down to where you want to place it. The screen just keeps popping back to where it wants to be. I have posted messages twice asking about this but still haven’t gotten an answer. What a shame. This used to be the best Spider Solitaire available.

I'm addicted
I have to have my daily fix. I'm learning to see early that a game will be hopeless and I can start a new one. I moved to an iPhone XR. Unfortunately the controls are too low on the screen and if I don’t touch them in just the right place they don’t work and the screen jiggles. Can you move them up off the bottom a little?

Great when slienced!
I love this game and the interface is really nice on an iPad. The ads seem to be tailored since I get ads for things that mildly interest me. The ads appear between games so there is a predictability and now that I have silenced them, their appearance doesn’t bother me. Before silencing them they were so loud they would scare the crap out of you.

Banner at the bottom too large now
Now your menu options are even larger than the ads. The banner with both now takes up too much real estate on the “table.” By enlarging the choices and blending them with the banner space it’s very hard to see the cards. And, after all, that’s what has kept me playing your version of this game for years and years. Now it feels crowded and user-unfriendly, like so many others. Please look to it’s prior iteration to improve. Thank you.
