Convenient but needs work
There are times when this app is pretty useful. However, more often than not there are times when I spend more time watching the wheel spin than getting anything accomplished. Finally, I get frustrated and quit the app.

Super easy
Love the app, the only thing I would really like to see changed/added would be the option to add multiple users. Otherwise I've always found it super easy to use. It's just inconvenient to log out to switch users with my 7 year old.

Needs a lot of work.
This app is great to have and I love being able to checkout books and hold things without having to navigate the website. But about 90% of the time I sit and watch the wheel spin and it never ever loads. It's kind of pointless to have an app that doesn't work. I usually give up on it after a while of watching it trying to load.

Hasn't been able to connect to the sever for well over a week now. Also the late night constant server maintenance is annoying.

Needs a major facelift.
Love the idea of having a library app but this app falls short. It's interface is outdated and it does not have all the library branches. It has potential but needs a lot of help. Please update and make it a more smooth experience.

Very impressed
Really love the ease of this application. Very well thought out. Wish you had an iPad version. It seems like it would add more functionality. But the iPhone version works just fine. I love being able to reserve books all within the app. This is made searching and reserving books on audio, paper, and digital format very fun. You guys rock!

Love it!!! I can see all my holds and pickups without having to log in over and over. It is very user friendly too! :)
