Added CDC Concussion Protocol!
With more awareness of the impact concussions have on players, States and organizations like Little League International have begun rolling out Concussion Protocol programs. These new programs are based on the Center for Disease Control 's "Heads Up" campaign and include training, documentation, and processes.
Big Time Coach has made it easy for anyone documenting an Injury to add Concussion Protocol to their report. If players head is involved in an Injury - baseball to the face for example - simply choose "Concussion Protocol" from the First Aid Information view, and go through the questions.
Injury report will record the results, and include a Concussion Protocol document with your Injury Report pdf document.
We've even added a signature for the person performing the protocol and a date stamp so that Teams and Leagues can add these documents into their own processes!

Added SportsEngine® Integration
It took some time to figure out the right way to find and select players with SportsEngine® sites, but after some significant head scratching and testing various options we've hit upon a method that allows a SportsEngine® member to select players from teams on their site.
Simply select the "Import from SportsEngine®" option when you begin an Injury Report and you'll navigate through League and Divisions to a view of players that you may select from to start the Injury Report.
As always - Injury Report is free and there to support all organizations who are protecting volunteers, players, and their families.
If you have an organization or know of an organization that could leverage free Sports Injury Report, please let them know about us and have them contact us so that we may provide injury reports for as many sports and organizations as possible.
Also, if you love Injury Report - please take a moment to write a review for us on iTunes. That will help spread the word. Thanks!

TeamSnap® Integration!
With feedback from leagues and teams using TeamSnap® to manage their teams, availability, etc... we wanted to give all of those folks a way to pull their player or team staff information directly into Injury Report.
It's a simple choice when you create a report - choose TeamSnap® and you'll be shown a list of your teams, select a team to view the roster and staff, and finally - select a member from the roster and select the right phone numbers, email, and contacts so that Injury Report will fill them all out for you.
This is a "beta" feature so please provide feedback if you encounter problems with the TeamSnap® integration or anything else on the app. Our Forums (forum.bigtimecoach.com) is a great place to raise issues or ask for features that you'd like to have in the app.

-- Updates --
- Based on feedback - we've updated the underlying functions for selecting pdf type so that Generic and Little League types are properly created when sending emails.
- One user reported that emails were not being received by the League Safety Officer, and our team conducted many rounds of testing to ensure that the app is properly creating emails in iOS, and those emails were being forwarded to the email provider for further delivery. BTC cannot control downstream email delivery functions (e.g. spam filters, black-white lists, etc.) so our thorough testing can only ensure the email is sent from the device when connected.
-- Feed Back / Help and Reviews --
Injury Report is a Free app that has been created to help youth sports manage their Injury Reports and their Injury Report processes by removing one of the key impediments that existed with manual systems. If there are issues with the app, we would appreciate you contacting us to let us know about the problem so that we may fix it for you and other users.
If you love the app as others do and want to see it continue on iOS and get ported over to Android so that more leagues and their players can be helped.. Please write a review and contact your league, district, region, or other officials so that they know about Injury Report as well.
Thanks for the continued support of BTC and our efforts to make a difference in the lives of youth sport players everywhere.

Version 2.0.0 is a significant change from the previous versions with an overhaul of the help system as well as some other key functions.
-- New Injury Report Facts View --
A full review of injury report 'facts' as well as the ability to edit the facts in a scrolling view.
The old version forced you to look at a small pdf representation and double tap to zoom in and see what you are sending or worse - send in an email to review the pdf document. In the new version, all facts are visible in a single view that you can scroll through section by section. If you notice any information is incorrect or missing, you may touch the 'Edit' button and make your changes immediately, and then review them again.
This is now the default view for an individual report as it supersedes all of the functions in the old 'Check List' view.
-- Changes to Help Process --
We received feedback from users that it was not always clear what was required for each section. In our new version each section status indicator is also a 'help button' that will provide you with information about the section and why it is important for the injury report.
We've also added help buttons to specific Injury Report facts to make it clear what is expected in the field.
-- Generic and Little League Style Formats --
While Injury report has always had a simple format for the form that was sent, BTC has now added a 'Little League' style format as well. Either 'Generic' or 'Little League' style formats may be selected from the Injury Report Check List view, and you're email form will be created according to that selection.
We are thrilled with the response from our users, and wanted to improve the experience and the accuracy of Injury Report so that everyone that is involved with youth sports can utilize the app and ensure injury reports are processed quickly and accurately.
-- App Reviews --
You can help Big Time Coach and the BTC community ensure the continued support of Injury Report by contributing a review of the App. This is the only mechanism open to us from iTunes to promote our apps and extend the reach of BTC apps toward our goal - Helping Players one Coach at a Time.

We had the request in our queue, but the 1.2.0 release missed the window to have the feature added.
For this minor release we've added the ability to search for Injury Reports with spotlight, and be taken directly to the injury report for the Player or Person!
We've also incorporated a subtle status to track if the Injury Report has been sent via email to help track completion of the report.
