Sprint 8s are a great way to take your fitness to 11, and you can apply it to any activity - running, cycling, rowing, hotel room burpees, etc etc etc. This timer has everything you need and nothing you don’t, and it’s free! ( For the next version if possible I would suggest make the background change from say, a green hue when sprinting to yellow when resting, or something like that). Thank you for this useful app!
