Sporters are now able to sell virtually signed limited edition pictures right on their profiles! Sporters can add a picture, overlay a signature or written message over the picture, choose how many they would like to make available for sale, and set the price.
Users who buy them will have the limited edition signed pic appear under a new section on their profile called My Collection. Only purchased limited edition signed picture can appear under this section - this is how you know they are originals. They cannot appear anywhere else.
We have also made a number of small bug fixes.

What’s New
We have undergone a rebrand for a few different reasons. But, we have changed the name of our app from Athlete CRUSH to SPRTER. Along with this, we have made some changes to the app itself.
Sporter or Supporter – when a user signs up, they have the option of signing up as a sporter or a supporter. Sporter is the term we coined to refer to sports influencers: athlete, former athletes, coaches, teams, leagues, brands, etc. Basically anyone working in the sports industry. This is our way of opening up the app to a broader audience while staying in the sports space!
High fiving – users no longer CRUSH on posts, they high five posts. This is part of the rebrand and us trying to move away from the term CRUSH, due to the dating connotation that it holds.
Changing of all logos – we have changed all logos in the app to reflect the rebrand
SPRTER Discovery – the CRUSH Discovery is now the SPRTER Discovery
Featured SPRTER – the Featured Athlete is now the Features SPRTER
Sporter Activity – the Athlete Activity feed is now the Sport Activity feed
Supporter Activity – the Fan Activity feed is now the Supporter Activity feed
Sporter Leaderboard – the Athlete Leaderboard is now the Sporter Leaderboard
Supporter Leaderboard – the Supporter Leaderboard is now the Supporter Leaderboard
Allow Access – if you originally do not grant the app access to, for example, your images, you will be asked to grant access every time the app needs to access that information. This is to make your experience more enjoyable and easy.
Along with all this, we have also fixed some minor bugs throughout the app.

Handles – Every user must now choose a unique user handle when they sign up for the app. This will enable users to tag one another in posts and comments.

Tagging – This is something we are very excited about. In order to make the app more engaging, you can now tag other user’s in the caption of a post to include them in the post or in a comment to share that post with them. This makes it easier for content to be shared within the Athlete CRUSH community.

Swiping Right – Now, when you swipe right on a post in the CRUSH Discovery, it will automatically CRUSH (like) the post and also follow that user. That user’s content will then appear in the feed.

Clickable links in the bio – any link that is written in a user’s bio, now automatically become hyperlinked and clickable for any profile visitor

URL Links for athlete posts – any post uploaded by an athlete can now be accompanied by a URL link. A URL can be added during the upload phase and any user who sees the post can click on the link-out icon in the top right-hand corner of the post to get to the added link. You can also click to say whether the post is a sponsored post or not to show that you are affiliated with any brand you are promoting in the post.

Exploratory Tutorial – As there are so many different features and functions in the Athlete CRUSH app, we want to make it as easy as possible to understand. So, instead of having a tutorial upfront when you initially login, you can know learn the features of the app as you explore the different areas of the app. If something is still unclear after going through the new tutorial format, you can also revisit the tutorial through the Settings, reach out to us via the Contact Us function or leave a question in the App Feedback Forum (both of which can also be found in the settings).

Updated feeds – The feeds have now been tweaked so that posts you haven’t CRUSHed on, commented on or shared appear at the top of your feed in chronological order. As soon as you have interacted with a post and left the feed, the next time you come back and refresh the feed that post will move to the bottom of the feed and fresh content will appear at the top.

Athlete Leaderboard Update – to increase exposure for athletes, the Featured Athlete can no longer be displayed in the preview picture on the Stadium screen. The highest ranked athlete who isn’t the Featured Athlete will now be displayed on the Athlete Leaderboard on the Stadium screen.

Weekly Prizes - we have removed all in-app prizes and raffles
