SUBSCRIPTION PRICING & TERMS

SQWOD is free to download and use. Premium use requires an active subscription, available on a monthly or yearly basis. Your account will be charged in order to continue after the 7-day free trial expires. Yearly subscriptions are billed the total annual fee from the purchase date. Monthly subscription users are billed per month.

Payment will be charged to your credit card through your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the subscription period. There is no increase in price when renewing unless you are on a promotional tier plan.

Good design
So I just got this app and right off the bat I liked it. There wasn’t to many links and other places to go it helped you get right to the point. Also it showed you what to do while you were doing your work out and gave you breaks in between. This is not like some apps where you need subscribe give them 10 bucks a month then you cant use the app it gives you a work out and other options for where you want it to effect. I love how you could make your own tailored work out because I play a lot of sports so I need to be fit and this similar to what we do in a practice so now I can do it at home. Over all this is a great app

Without exaggeration, life-changing
My spouse and I weren’t in good shape. Both former athletes but 2 kids, 2 jobs and turning 40 caught up to us. We started doing the full body workout in the evening after the kids went to bed, while watching tv. It was hard to do but also hard to make excuses to NOT do it. I mean, we HAD 15 minutes! So we did it. 5+ nights a week. The results were shocking. Our cardio health is amazing. Now we don’t run after the kids, we run with them. We both look better - toned and fit. Amazing what 15 minutes a day can do for a month. Try this app and don’t give up if it’s hard. I did the push ups on my knees forever.

Never thought I would ...
Who would’ve known? Me. Working out? And I’m actually enjoying it. I do like Tee Major Fitness and have for a long time. Lol. Now since I did choose the monthly subscription, I’m taking whatever kettlebell workout there is available everyday. Some are definitely difficult for me, but I still try to complete them as much as I can. I really really like this app.

BEST ever!!!
By far the best app and workouts! HIRT feels way better on my body than HIIT. I feel much stronger because it makes me want to actually workout rather than avoid the joint strain. I am finally using all my weights too. The app is easy to use and it keeps me motivated - especially since it adds the workouts to my calendar.

This app was great the first week I had it! But then this week I couldn’t do anything on it because every workout I had to join the Sqwod premium. I could use the random ones but I like scheduling and choosing my workout. I guess I have to pay for premium.

Good...ish
Really good overall I just wish you did not have to pay for some things. For example you have to start out with all workout but you cannot go on to other levels and equipments of workouts without paying after 7 days

HIGHLY RECOMMEND
I personally was put to the test in 2013 with Tee while on a deployment and hands down he put me in tip top shape quickly by all the exercises he has in this app. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this app! You will not be disappointed on how easy this will put you back into shape.

Build muscle!
This app has been so great for me to get a routine and get pushed to my max! I’ve been able to build muscle and these HIRT workouts have been easier on my joints! You get a great workout in and my body has never felt better!

I love this app! I don’t feel comfortable going to the gym these days and this app makes my workouts from home a push! I feel like I have my personal trainer with me. The workouts are progressive so I feel like I can make progress. I love it!

My best workout app experience so far
During Covid-19 I’ve tried several apps as I looked to replace gym workouts. The Sqwod app is intuitive to use and has quick well designed circuits that deliver a great workouts every time.
