Description
ICEolate (A StableICE product) provides horse owners, trainers, farriers. and veterinarians with a method for detecting temperature spikes and irregularities in the soft tissue of a horse’s lower leg.
During an activity with your horse, the app will record temperature readings that are detected by the ICEolate boots - a StableICE device worn by the horse that uses precisely placed sensors to monitor the temperature of critical structures in the horse’s leg. The ability to catch temperature irregularities quickly during a training session or competition can help equestrians identify potential injuries to the horse before they become debilitating or have long term effects.
Live Training Sessions:
Create live training sessions with your horse and receive mobile alerts (sound and/or haptics) when your ICEolate boots detect irregular temperatures in your horse’s lower leg.
When alerts are received, you’ll be able to view the specific sensor and anatomical location on the horse’s leg that triggered the high temperature along with a description of the area affected and duration of the irregularity.
Historical Training Sessions:
Access past training sessions to view charted temperature readings over the course of an entire session.
Review alerts that occurred during the past session.
Compare Training Sessions:
With our compare feature, view up to 5 of your most recent training sessions together on one chart. Use this to gain insights on areas of the horse that may be more prone to injury, or to track progress on an injury that is being rehabilitated.
Share Results With Your Veterinarian, Trainer, Farrier or anyone on your horse’s support team:
After any live session, a PDF report will be available for download. Use this document to share recorded data for insight on fitness, rehab progress or further need, assistance in diagnostic tests, a change in response to shoeing or footing, and anything else you or your support team needs to know.
