Great! But a few flaws...
This game has been great! I've played it for years now and this problem has still occurred to me. I'm not saying I have anything against the game, I'm just saying you should fix this problem. The problem : Occasionally when I log into Star Girl Princess Gala, I get kicked out randomly. And it's not just this game, it's the other Star Girl's, as well. I'm on the loading screen while the characters don't show up, and the loading bar doesn't show. Then it just randomly kicks me out! As I said, I don't have anything against the game, just please fix this bug.

Went downhill
Stargirl was my favorite game and I had put so much of my personal money and had put so much work into the game to work my way to the top. I reached level 33 and had most of the bought collections that cost real money. I had also bought several diamonds to purchase the expensive dresses I wanted. I had bought enough money and diamonds to purchase all of the dresses I wanted and was very happy with my Stargirl and with her avatar. This morning I went to receive my salary and enter the new contest. I went to change my dress and all of the dresses and tops were gone. I assumed it was a mistake and clicked out of it and went to my closet in my "house" and clicked on dresses and yet again the dresses were all gone. However, my dresses were the only thing forgotten, all of my hats, shoes, accessories, etc. were still there. I then went to the store to see if the dresses I had purchased were still there and they were not in the stores either. I always remember to save my account because I had lost my favorite dress before. So I am 100% positive it was not my fault the dresses were gone. I had also bought the dresses over a long period of time so it was not all in one day. All of my favorite dresses are no where to be found and I am very disappointed in the game that I had made it so far and my hardest work is gone.

Hi, uhh actually a great game I really like it tho,I’m having a problem here :( well umm I had another star girl acc long ago on different device and umm I connected that to Facebook and did the same on here to have my acc on my iPhone and well i was happy that i got my acc back that a notification popped up for new content thing I downloaded it and when I restarted it it again showed me new content thing i downloaded again and again but it wasn’t working:( now my star girl acc isn’t working:( I contacted support either way but no response :(

Great game can u just fix the part when u collect all the keys we need to find the blue ball it never shows at all 🤔no matter how many times I’ll go somewhere and then come back the blue ball ain’t coming

I’ve been playing this game since I was 7 years old and now I’m 11 years old!!! I remember from the very first day I played this game I loved it and told my younger sister to also download it, I had downloaded all games and at any chance I could get, would play the whole series!!! This game is really great bc it's all about fashion and dressing up..I love how it makes you work for things which makes it more realistic!!!I would recommend playing it, it is super fun and kinda addicting!!! My question for star girl is can you make a competition called "funky outfit day"? Or something where we can mix up our clothing...Hope you enjoy the game if you get it!!💝👗👑👛😁

I love the game but today I opened the game a realized that all of my purchased items where gone and when I tried to renue them in the store it was no longer available along with the gifts and when I tried to press on customer support it would not open this is just so frustrating because I spent real money on the game please fix it I don’t know what to do.

Pls fix ur game
I use to LOVE Stargirl when I was younger. I decided to download it again and found the app broken. I can’t link my Facebook which is the main account I had. The reason Facebook provided was that the app “wasn’t active.” It said the developer was aware of the issue so I hope you can fix it soon, as I would love to play it again.

I try to save, and I get stuck on this the constant torture device of "sycncronising game processes". I try to place adds, same thing. And I know it's not just me, this is happening to almost everyone and needs to be fixed.
