Trusted users will have the ability to vote for the others, thus expanding and improving the safety of our community.
We wish that all of the collectors always experienced only positive vibes from being a part of our community and enjoy meeting each other, exchanging mugs as well as safely sending and receiving their mugs.
We know we all don't live in a perfect world though, and we know sometimes things might turn out not so good. We still believe our community will grow healthy and happy. We will do our best to help make it happen and to resist possible scams. Collectors from Russia may experience bad connection or no connection at all. That is due to massive IP-addresses blocked recently during Telegram messenger crackdown. Our Google backend became inaccessible for some Russian ISPs for some time. We are working on a solution, but that might not be fast.

Off to a great start
This app is very well laid out and easy to navigate. There are a couple of things that need to happen to keep this app current. First is to include the vast collection of architect series mugs and ornaments. Second the ceramic tumblers and special mugs and cups would be a welcome addition ( ie red Valentine’s Day and other limited one off’s). I hope the developers will continue to add both past and future offerings to keep this app as great as it has the potential to be.

Great App but Incomplete Collections
Love the concept of this app! Keeps me organized and will prevent purchasing doubles. I’ve been collecting these for years and notice a few collections missing. The relief mugs, the architecture series (blue and white mugs), the city mug collection (really large letters), and the city scenes collections (black and white) are not included here. Any plans to add them? Hope so!

Works great so far. I’d love to see the Relief mug collection on here too. It would also be nice if there was a way to suggest other mug types to the developers. I have a few mugs from Japan that aren’t listed on the app.

Great concept!
As an avid collector I love the app. It’s a little slow to load pics, and you can’t make a selection until the pic loads. Very time consuming when I have over 100 mugs to record. Looking forward to an update :)
