I love this game I play it practically every day. I have spent lots of money buying coins…but it seems I downloaded it onto my new phone and now it crashes!! It goes like it is going to load then says unknown error…I’m going to lose my extra daily spin bonus…lame m. Anyway I love the slots in this app all my favorites from the casinos. I live i. Reno so I don’t have a B connected site I can go to sign up I guess only in Vegas! Wish I could tho that would be cool. Can you please help with the log in issues????

Horrible…just horrible…terrible payouts…no bonuses
I really, really wanted to like this game. I gave it as many chances as I could. Some of the games are the ones I like to play at a real casino but these mobile “games” are just too hard. I have purchased coins to play, however the price for the amount of coins is completely ludicrous. The amount of coins you get for $4.99 is enough for a few spins. Since the slots don’t pay, the coins don’t last very long. Payouts are ridiculously low and bonuses are nearly non-existent. Back to back wins rarely happen so you can’t build up enough coins to enjoy the variety of the games available. For example, I have “spun” the Golden Princess reels well over a few thousand times and used 100’s of thousands of coins and never once got the “pick a jackpot” bonus. Statically improbable if not impossible. The algorithm’s for these games are designed as a money trap and not for entertainment. The “buy more coins” pop-up when you reach the last two or three spins you have left of your coins is absolutely annoying. But if you run out of coins you can choose to go to the lobby and get your free “one extra spin”, which is just a total waste of time because you’ll be right back to the lobby after your one spin. Bottom line this app is not entertaining at all, so very sad.

Waste of time
I’m not sure why I even keep playing this game other than to get my fix between casino trips. I gave it 2 stars just because it has some of my favorite slots and it has the look and sounds of the real thing. There’s literally no benefit to playing or any real rewards like you at least get on MyVEGAS. Coins are very expensive to buy and for what?? I’d rather save my money for the real casino where I can have a chance to actually win something. They could at least give you the opportunity to earn coupons or whatever to their casinos or partners. You lose all of your free coins within 1-2 minutes then wait hours for your next 2 minutes of play. Payouts are extremely low compared to your bet so you never make progress. The couple of times I did make a tiny progress along with the one minimal purchase I made I accidentally hit the very large “max bet” button that literally sits up against the regular spin button and I was bankrupt, again. So frustrating. I’m over it. Looking for a new app with my favorite slots.

Payouts are deceptive
First this looks exactly like Heart of Vegas. Also if you all pay attention to some of the payout in those high paying games when you hit top symbol you’ll know they are ripping you off. Most of us who plays Buffalo know a dream hit is full screen of Buffalo with 3 of them on each reel. The next dream hit is 3 Buffalo on Reel 1 and 5 with 3 sunsets in between them.
Plus we know the multipliers from the sunsets are used to multiply whatever the base payouts for that line hit is ( how many times over the minimum bet x how many symbols total on the screen for that line hit x the base payout for minimum bet). Here they put the multiplier from the sunsets into the base payout in place of total number of symbols in that line hit. Then they multiply by the number of symbols.
This reduces the payout by 48%.
By doing this makes the bonus game obsolete and sunsets are useless

One star for Stardust
Review update after several months of play. Short-real short- playtime because your credits don’t last. Free credits will get you maybe a few minutes playtime which doesn’t bode well because bonuses are rare and simply don’t payoff either. I’ve gone weeks without a single bonus. Not worth your effort of downloading points and trying to accumulate something to play on when nothing pays. Literally unplayable. And the free 100 points when you crap out is kinda ridiculous when it equals one spin. Kinda insulting as well after you go through all your credits consistently with not one hit. Extremely pricey ‘pay for’ credits as well as compared to other games in the marketplace. Choose another game to download folks. Nothing to see here. A shame. Better algorithms and random number generators can be found in actual casinos which is crazy for an free phone app. Removing app. No need for reply to seek my email. Thank you ... make changes.

Waste of Time; Waste of Phone Space
I have a number of games loaded on my phone to pass the time. This one, Stardust, from Boyd is the absolute worst.
It worked for a little while, then started having error messages and I could not collect the free chips. Then it errors out while trying to access it to play. I errors out every time.
I’ve contacted (via email) the tech help at the email address given, even sent a screen shot of the error window showing “unknown error” and am told just basics to try to get it to work: reboot, turn off, then on, then turn this off and that on, then this on and that off, etc. Make sure there’s a full moon, only wear bright blue while logging in…. Those last two are exaggerations, of course, but it’s about as helpful.
I’ve deleted the app, rebooted my phone, reloaded the app, checked my anti-viral app to make sure it’s not locking the app out (it is not.).
I now am unable to recover the points I had. I was told it wouldn’t happen by their “help”, but guess what!!!!! It did!!!!!!! No points, start from scratch.
Apparently I’m not alone— reviews are packed with others having the same “error” problem.
These apps are supposed to reduce anxiety, not exacerbate it.
I have seven other gaming apps on my phone. Sorry, Stardust, you lose.

Stardust has turned to JUNK slots

The wheels, on pretty much all the games, stick or are sluggish to the point of doom. The Whale game is a joke in that the fourth column hardly ever fills in all the way.
Free coins that are offered are not delivered to account when time to collect.
All of this I have written to Support team about and get the same garbage about needing to delete and reinstall game. I have done this so many times that it’s ridiculous! It has ZERO positive results.

Cons: The daily coins are not enough to play the games for more than one or two minutes. Bonus games are extremely hard to get. I have purchased coins a few times, same scenario. The payback rate is extremely low and no fun due to the low payback. The play time versus cost is not worth it. I would expect the games on here to entice players to the casino. Unfortunately it is going to do the opposite as most gamblers are inclined to believe in luck. Some days you just feel lucky and inclined to visit the casino. Luck is not present when playing this online and it usually has the opposite effect after playing.

Not fun and no reward
It takes forever to accumulate playable funds (about a month) that can be spun within a few seconds. There are no rewards that are useful in real life. You’d think that maybe being top in a leader board may give you some actual Boyd points. Nope! The only way to get Boyd points is to buy way over inflated coins which will yield single digit points. You’d probably make more Boyd points in a single spin in a penny slot. There’s another app called myVegas slots. Your efforts are translated into actual redeemable real life rewards. Ie brunch for 2 50% off, Complimentary night at the MGM, free ticket to tournament of knights at Excalibur, etc.I have been playing this stardust everyday day for 2 months. Disregard the lack of rewards. The slots are not even entertaining.

Terrible slots
I’m sorry I’m not one to normally complain especially about a free slots game but these slots are horrific. To start off with they barely give you any coins when you first start. Then it is nearly impossible to win…..I mean like the 1,000 coins they give you is gone in the first minute. And if you are lucky enough to ever get a bonus, the bonus doesn’t pay out worth a crap. I get it, it’s linked to a casino so the real objective is to get people to pay for more coins instead of waiting until the next free coins become available. Another way for the casinos to make money, but they could at least make it half way worth wild with at least giving people a CHANCE to win smh 🤦🏽♂️
