I gotta admit the app is very easy to use and i wasn’t having problems at all until one month ago when for some reason I lost access using Apple to log in and then suddenly today I lost access using twitter to log in my accs... now I am afraid to lose access and starting all over again. Honestly if that happens I will be quitting for good using this app.

i spent WEEKS voting for skz on this slow, broken app. if we had known how horrible it would be, combined with the TERRIBLE quality of the (official) live-stream of the actual award show when they did win, i doubt that any fan of any group would’ve bothered to vote for their faves. this app was slow as all hell, glitchy, laggy, and overall poorly made and poorly maintained. and at the actual award shows, idols, managers, and interpreters were not allowed to get food unless they begged repeatedly, and even then they may not have gotten the chance to eat the food they got. moreover, during rehearsals, several idols tripped at an unsafe spot, and one idol (minho of skz) injured himself and had to risk missing the entire ceremony to rest, though he insisted on at least sitting in a chair on stage during their performances. AAA? flop. Starpoll? nightmare.

The rules state no third party user logins but fandoms have excel sheets full of 10,000+ accounts being shared/bot voting and their votes are going through.

First issue of cheating/glitch was fixed with fraud votes deleted. I hope this issue will be fixed the same way. Devs have been emailed the sheets.

Otherwise, that quick fix for the first issue deserves a 5 star.

This app is okay. I’m trying to vote for stray kids because they really need this award right now and I want to see their smiles if they get the award :’). My only issue is sometimes I try to click an ad and it will say “try again later” with a black screen. This is annoying, and every second counts in order to vote so it is a waste of time. Thank you!

*EDIT:I can’t log in!! I can’t login using my Instagram or twitter account... It also won’t let me translate the app to my language. Please fix this , it’s very stressful!

The layout and configuration of everything was pretty simple and I really love the simplicity, but it was so slow!! It took some time to go from one screen to the next and sometimes when I went and changed the language, it wouldn’t change. :/

This app keeps crashing. Slowness aside, every time I go to vote, it either won’t log me in, or it won’t redirect me back to the app, and when it eventually does, it logs me back out. Every one I’ve been getting to vote keeps telling me the app is too frustrating to use. The first days of voting are crucial, and this is really upsetting. I just want to support our boys after their hard times. 💔 The voting period was better off staying on the browser instead of this difficult app. Please improve it~ 🙇🏻‍♀️

I really hope that this app will have a major overhaul if it’s going to be used for voting in the future. I and many others had problems continuously as the app overall is very slow, several loopholes resulted in what could be unfair voting, and watched ads would not result in points. A login and voting process that really should not take that long and could be done accurately dragged out -and for me, somewhat invalidates the final vote result.

For some reason the app suddenly won’t let me change the language from Kor to Eng, which is fine bc I know what buttons to click but is mildly annoying. However the worst part is it doesn’t let me log out of an account once I’m logged in on one. I have to delete the whole app and re download it, so annoying!

Also when I change my profile photo, the app keeps crashing, “502 error”(?)
