Fantastic App ! MUST have.
This app is one of the best, honest app I have seen. The right habit forming is tough. This app is my personal coach to take me through building right habits with reminders and encouragements. I love the way I can quickly glance where I stand today and catch up on remaining tasks to complete for the day. I love the “act of kindness “ building features as my favorite . This app is better than the paid versions out there. I rate this very high and definitely recommend to everyone.

Excellent app to get help from!
Very useful app with delightful experience. I have been using this app for a few months now as an early beta user and absolutely loving it. It is like a buddy who always takes care of me and my goals.
It nudges me to take actions like drink water or start meditation or eat healthy breakfast. All I have to do is act upon the app notifications. 😀 Because of the 4 resolutions I created in this app, I have been drinking enough water during the day, eating breakfast in the morning without fail and meditating just before lunch. This keeps me energetic for the whole day and hence I am also able to meet my steps goal most of the days. Integration with Apple Watch is very effective. Every 2 hours I get a nudge on the watch (and phone) to drink water and I can report my water intake right from the watch. App automatically tracks my steps using phone sensors as well as watch and hence I can check how much and where I walked today or for past weeks and months.
App lets me create groups and invite different friends and family members. This is very helpful as it creates environment where we all can push and pull each other. We can see each other’s progress, talk about what is working and what is not, motivate others and compete for the top spot on our leaderboard. There are so many cool features I can talk about but let me end with one. I loved the game in the SOS menu under the + button. I can select from some cool characters. Playing this game always helps me reduce my stress and get charged up to tackle on challenges of the day.
