To all the Rookies -
Stumbled on this app today looking for another paid DFS game to win money. Sound idea and concept...looking forward to trying this out.
I read some of the reviews and can tell their are some newbies downloading this app...folks DFS games need to verify your age and location as it’s not permitted in some states! I understand the hesitation with a new game. They only asked for my last 4 digits of SSN. I’ve played many DFS games - be wary of the ones that don’t verify you!!!
I gave this a 4 star because there is always room to improve.

Deposit glitch (fixed!)
I have played stathero since the beginning. If you have played DFS before this is a great way to make money without competing against multiple
Lineups. I am ahead in winning compared to other DFS platforms. The only reason I gave it 3 stars instead of 5 is after the launch of their new app (and after withdrawing my NFL winnings) I went to make a deposit to play the PGA games. It currently does not let me make a deposit. I emailed tech support and after 3 days I have not received a response.

Awesome customer service!!!! I sent another email and instantly got a response. Today the CEO of stathero reached out to me not only to apologize but to personally help me with my problem. This never happens with companies. 5 stars isn’t enough for customer service and game play!

Best customer service of any DFS platform
Last night I set my lineup for the fourth round of this week’s pga contest and unfortunately the lineup didn’t save. I emailed support not expecting much to come from it after failed attempts with getting a response from the other DFS platforms in the past regarding issues with a contest. To my surprise I was emailed back immediately. I was asked to text a number to resolve the issue. I texted the number, and was immediately helped with the issue. The person helping me asked for the lineup I had set last night and then manually set the lineup for me. Customer service like this is unheard of in the DFS space. I will be a customer for life after this experience. Thank you StatHero!

Great Experience!
Started playing here recently after many many years on other DFS sites. My experience on here has been much more enjoyable than on those other sites. The customer service has been fantastic and they have always responded promptly and positively. It is much more fun playing this way than having to consume so much time setting daily rosters and constantly having to keep up with news and making swaps seconds before lineups lock. The variety of game types on here also makes for a better experience. Not having to deal with the huge shark advantage also makes this more fun day in and day out.

Great new way to play fantasy football
Recommended by a friend and I LOVE IT! StatHero is the First Daily Fantasy Platform where the players actually win. It's Head to Head Fantasy sports like it should be instead of the massive pools of people on FanDuel or Draft Kings where you never win any money. I was able to play against the matchups I thought I could beat and I actually won money. They have both an app and website that you can play on. No complaints, highly recommend checking it out!

Best way to play fantasy sports!
I downloaded StatHero and it completely changed the way I play fantasy sports and gave me control. You get to pick and choose which lineups you want to play against and it is a head to head matchup versus being in a pool with thousands of players and ultimately losing money.
This is the best Daily Fantasy Sports platform that I’ve used and they also have a survivor pool feature which is fun to play too.

StatHero For the New Year
My new year resolution is to stay with one fantasy sports platform. I have tried multiple sites but after competing with thousands of others, I have found success and enjoyment competing only against StatHero. I myself, being a statistician fantasy proclaimed guru, have had more success with this site. Not only fair contests , there is even to multiple times bets, the bonus coins add a new twist to the investor. StatHero vs ME for 2023.

Simply the best!
A daily fantasy app like no other! StatHero shows you the lineups days before which is a massive help to see what you are going up against. Unlike FanDuel or Draftkings where you enter pools of thousands of people just to lose money time and time again. This is a one on one matchup in their head-to-head platform, or they also have survivor pools, and recently launched parlays which I am excited to check out.

Win up to 20 times your money!
Occasionally Stat Hero offers bets in which you can win up to 20x your money. Granted the max bet on these is $5, but that’s significant. There’s an excellent mix of pick’ems and head to head matchups but my personal favorite are the survivor bets where you pick a different team and lineup each week and try to beat StatHero and the other players. Lots of fun and lots of opportunity to win!

Enjoyable, but app and interface is so-so
I actually enjoy the games and the concept behind them and have had no problems depositing or withdrawing money. However, using the app and the user interface takes away from the experience at times. Sometimes there’s live scoring, sometimes there’s not. Sometimes you can see how you’re doing in survival contests, sometimes you can’t. I feel like they just need some real users to tell them what works and what doesn’t and they’ll be set.
