Terrible UI and logic
The user interface and the logic of this app is terrible. I don’t think anyone from this company used and tested the app. You would think STC would actually spend money and test this app but no unfortunately. 1. Sign up and buying a subscription is so painful I tried using 2 phone number and 2 emails and still can’t sign up 2. The error message say nothing other than something went wrong 3. When you try to upgrade a subscription they tell you can’t because you already have lite version due to you postpaid STC line. I want to upgrade and I only have 1 phone number. 🤦🏻🤦🏻🤦🏻. I am offering you more money but no you must use another phone number. 4. I actually finally signed up with email and paid the premium and still the channels don’t work and they tell me yes we charged you but have you received a confirmation email 🤦🏻🤦🏻🤦🏻terrible app, terrible logic and the worst customer service.

Have you ever tested your app?
As it says in the title, this app was not even tested apparently.. as of one basic function of closing the video after playing it is not working.. simply become useless I cannot keep force close the app after playing any video, not to mention you basically stuck once you entered the live tv, plus as a UX it should not open any channel before I choose one, or at least keep a way to see all channels easily on portrait mode first and filter from there.. overall fine but needs lots of improvements!

To improve on “AppleTV”: -cannot find my “watch list” -the tv preview (pic in pic) is too distracting. Need option to remove or at least mute -cannot see if an episode is watched/played -player does not have “next episode” button -no english caption

The App idea is great collecting most of the media in one place , but the loading speed should be enhance , and the download area need to be optimized as it takes long time for downloading and never complete the task.

I really love Jawwy TV, but resolution needs to be optimized. For instance, if we compare live tv on shahid we would notice the excellent resolution on it versus on jawwy live TV. I would give it 5 stars if I see a fix on the resolution part.
