Workout anytime, anywhere with the SDF App!
As a premium subscriber to the app you will have access to over 200 fun, minimal equipment workouts that you can do anywhere. The workouts are adaptable for all levels of fitness and designed to improve your strength, stability and cardiovascular health.
The app will guide you through each workout, move by move, with video demonstrations and written and verbal cues for each exercise.
As a premium subscriber you will be assigned a NEW PROGRAM each month with 3-5 workouts to complete each week.
Additional programs available on the app:
Ab & Core Workouts - 10-15 minute workouts that can be added to a workout and/or completed daily
Fit in six weeks - A six week program with five workouts each week.
Fit in the gym - This program incorporates additional equipment found in most gyms.
Fit to the core - This program focuses on improving your overall strength and stability.
Cardio Core, High intensity interval and Tabata workouts - They are 20-30 minute high intensity cardio focused workouts.
Glute focused finishers - They can be added as a warm up or a finisher to any workout.
Warm ups - Although there is a dynamic warm up included in most workouts, you can add these 5-10 minute warm ups to any workout.
ON - DEMAND workouts

A Facebook support group is included with your subscription. You will have full access to your coach if you have questions, and personalized programming is available.

Membership has a monthly subscription of $8.99 a month and it is auto renewing. Payment is charged through the iTunes account. The subscription must be canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Any unused portion of the free trial is forfeited upon upgrade.
