STEPtember challenges you to take 10,000 steps a day, your way, from 1-30 September.
Step whenever you like, wherever you like, any way you like, and log your steps or activity right here on our STEPtember app.
With this app you can:
- Track your steps via the app and add other activities during STEPtember
- Choose to include any steps you've automatically synced via your fitness tracker or health apps
- View your step and fundraising rank as well as individual, team and organisation leaderboards
- Chat with your teammates and share your updates to the STEPtember Newsfeed
- Light up your challenge badges and check out your achievements
- Share your progress on social media with fun AI Filters
- Ask your friends and family to sponsor you

This app is horrible
It does not work, when I try to sign in it says error signing in. This is for a good cause but it’s hard to log your steps if the app doesn’t work. What’s the point of the app. I literally have to change my password then I let’s me in. Once I go to a different screen on my phone and try to go back to the app it says error signing in. This has happened 5 times. Please fix the app.

Worst app ever, discourage people to continue join this event
The app only allows Apple and Fitbit connection. Ok, then I tried Apple, the second day, it prevent me from adding any steps or activity, saying that step logging is not enabled and asked me to check back when event is active. But isn’t the event for September? And it’s already 4th of September?
Ridiculous. If the app can track or even log your steps, why would we use it? I probably will give up joining this STEPtember event, just due to the bad app.

Pretty good
Would be better if it showed my daily total instead of just my individual entries. Also when logging other activities (cycling) you can't log your actual time, just times from a drop down menu in 15 minute increments. The alternate activity logging tool feels highly variable and inaccurate.

Can’t log in
I’ve tried logging in to the app on both of my phones as well as my partner’s phone but just get an error saying “Server response is malformed or could not be parsed”. I raised a support ticket last week but have heard nothing from it.

Keeps logging me out and now it’s recorded my steps twice. Terrible app.

Not working
It is September 4th and the app is NOT letting me add steps or activity. It says it is too early. What a disappointment!
