Problems
I am having a problem now with the option to see the ads and have my photo or video without the water mark. After the ad finishes the app doesn’t allow me to press the x to be able to get the final work. Besides that the app is fanatastic. Thanks! Regards.

Okay but could be better
This app is okay, but to make it great we need to be able to CHOOSE which 15 or 30 seconds of the songs we want to use. Being forced to only use a random snippet of the song really holds this app back from being great. The song selection offered is amazing, but if we can’t choose for ourselves what part of the song we want, it almost becomes sort of worthless in a way. I suggest an updated version allowing us to pick which parts of the songs we want to use, and then this app would be 5 stars for sure.

Great, but have an improvement for you to fix🤔
This app is great, and I haven’t had any problems lately, but I am finding it a little hard trying to add music that I want, without the portion of the music being selected for me; such as picking a song, and having a 30 second snippet of the song. For instance maybe in the next update, fix it to where you can pick any part of the song, instead of trying to pick 15 seconds from the 30 second snippet of the song. If so, you would probably get a 5 star rating, in all great job❗️

Less than one star- the app is broken save your money
I thought the idea for this app was awesome, but the app is basically broken and their customer service is non existent.
My app refuses to let me save or download a video once I’ve made it. If you check their FAQs this is apparently a common issue. I sent in a ticket, included a video of it. They send back a standard reply asking for proof , so I sent them a video again and nothing back from them.
I opened another ticket because I was saving projects until my download issue was fixed. But then it stoped saving projects and just deleted anything I had pending. Opened a ticket, sent a screenshot, no response at all on that ticket.
Waited weeks for a response and nothing. Now I’m having issues trimming music to my videos.
I’ve paid for Pro but haven’t been able to use the app at all. It’s completely broken.
Save your time and money and pass on this one.
My app refuses to let me save or download a video once I’ve made it. If you check their FAQs this is apparently a common issue. I sent in a ticket, included a video of it. They send back a standard reply asking for proof , so I sent them a video again and nothing back from them.
I opened another ticket because I was saving projects until my download issue was fixed. But then it stoped saving projects and just deleted anything I had pending. Opened a ticket, sent a screenshot, no response at all on that ticket.
Waited weeks for a response and nothing. Now I’m having issues trimming music to my videos.
I’ve paid for Pro but haven’t been able to use the app at all. It’s completely broken.
Save your time and money and pass on this one.

Good but needs bugs fixed
This is a fun app to use, but the music isn’t always consistent with the timing. I’ve tried remaking a reel with the same song, but wanted to switch out a photo and the timing was messed up the second time around. I also wish that the app had an option to reorder photos/videos without having to redo the reel entirely by unselecting all photos. If these bugs are fixed it would be perfect.

Keeps crashing during edit
Unfortunately this app has been crashing a lot lately. Not sure what is going on and why the quality has gone to crap but makes creating and edit photos for content very difficult. I made for pro Verison and it was a complete waste because this experience has changed my mind regarding this app. Wish someone could reach out and explain to me why this keeps happening. I have the latest version and still no good. Happens whenever I try to use a filter on a photos… something so basic is so stressful for no reason.

It was good for a while now it’s trash
I’ve used this app for about 2 & a half years now and it’s always let me search up any song and it would always have them even if it wasn’t on Snapchat or Instagram but I just tried to make a video and now it’s only a certain selection of music that you can add to your videos. It’s really lame now and I will be deleting it. It was great while it lasted though

Great Concept- Need Ad Free Option
They say an ad-free option is “coming soon“, hopefully that’s true. So far for me it has worked well in creating videos for Instagram stories. I just need to be able to get rid of watermarks and get rid of ads. Right now you have the option of saving a video with Watermark or watching an ad to get rid of Watermark. When the monthly subscription option is available I will probably use this app frequently.

Can’t search music
I purchased this app last year and have been using it multiple times a week. They made a change and now you can’t even search for music unless you want to purchase it off iTunes. What a load of crap. Why am I paying for the app AND paying for music from iTunes? So disappointed. Will not be renewing. Trying to decide if it’s worth the hassle to try to get my money back for the remainder of my subscription since this is essentially useless to me as is.

This app use to let you search music and let you choose the songs of your choice…. Now they only have a selection of songs and if you wanna choose more song there is a subscription paywall… i use this app with the yearly subscription so imagine getting hot with another paywall, not to mention I updated to the latest version and it treat me as if i never payed for the yearly subscription no matter how many time i hit restore purchase…. I am truly upset, please stay away from this app !
