Access denied
App keeps saying permission denied enable access to photos in settings. Neither the app itself nor the photos app has any option in setting to allow access. So frustrating. I even bought the paid version to see if it would fix it. It hasn't. And of course I've reinstalled it and restarted my phone too. No luck.

Garbage
Videos were never cut properly. The sound was there, but 3/4 of the screen of cut videos was black. Tried multiple times. Tried paid version. Tried uninstalling and starting over. Nothing worked. Don’t waste your time of money on this. Doesn’t work at all.

Cuts half of the screen off
Does great splitting videos…. But it also cuts half the video off and you can’t see the lower part of the videos. 🤦🏻♀️

Cannot change settings
It says access denied and the app does not show up in settings so you can grant permissions. And there is no way to change settings within the ap. Great idea but it is useless if you can’t fix this.

I am having the same issue as Ballew Bear. This app does not work on my IPhone. It does not even show app as an app in settings. To maintain the integrity of your name and business I would provide those who are having this issue with a refund. Better luck with revisions to your app.

Access Denied
I already paid for the app and when I tried to use it said “please enable access to photo in settings” but I have already given permission for writing and reading and nothing happens. I would like my money back because doesn’t work !!!!

Won’t load
I am having the same issue with the video not uploading. There is no “settings” option and it isn’t showing up in my apps. Very disappointing- I also paid for the upgraded version.

Doest work
I can’t upload anything. There are no setting or options to correct or fix the issue. There isn't even contact info. I even paid to see if it would help doesn’t. Please refund!

Not working smh
Worked fine on my old phone, installed it on my new phone paid again and now access denied smh! Nothing seems to make it work either. How do I get my money back!!!
