The Storyline Online app has been streamlined and re-built on a new coding platform. This update should simplify the user experience, fix a number of bugs involved with the old platform, and increase performance of the app significantly.
This version of the app no longer mimics the behavior of the Stroryline Online Website. Instead, it simply offers a library selection page from which books can be filtered, sorted, and played. This simplification of the user experience should reduce confusion on how the app can be used as well as make the app more user-friendly for younger users.
Because the new version of the app behaves like a native app, users should experience a noticeable performance increase. The app will launch more quickly as well as generally behave more responsively.

Ok. I was on this app at 12pm and I could not find a book video to watch so… the just picked one for me! And do U know what? The book was so so scary!
I tried to exit the video and I could not do it! I exited the app and deleted it. I was safe. So the next time U guys pick a video for me, let me exit the video!

Only loads a few titles
First, I want to say this is my 3yo’s favorite thing ever. He LOVES Storyline Online. Unfortunately, in the past few days, it has stopped loading anything after The Case of the Missing Carrot Cake. It’s such a bummer, because my preschooler lives for The Coal Thief, Clark the Shark, and The Kiss That Missed.
I tried to find a feedback button so I could submit this privately, but couldn’t find one.
Please fix this! I have rebooted my phone and deleted and reinstalled the app. No change.

Fix the captions
I love this app and it’s intention, but for children who use captions due to hearing loss or to practice reading along, this app is doing a huge disservice! The point of the app is to encourage reading and yet the captions are no where near the words of the story. We were watching The Busy Schedule of Ernestine Buckmeister and there were more wrong words than right. Very disappointing.

So its been a couple of days now since i have been using storyline online but there is one thing about the schooltube thing here are the problems:
Schooltube has no captions(there is a head phone jack stuck in my ipad)
The schooltube sponser at the bottom keeps bring me to the schooltube website(please put it some where else)
I dont use schooltube but some of the schooltube sponsered videos are there and i like those books.

Excellent narrations to go along with the visuals of the book.
I’m really hoping for an Apple TV version soon, so I going to tie up my computer whenever I’m showing it to the kids at school on the big screen.

As a Kindergarten teacher I have been using storyline online for many years! The actors do such a great job at reading these stories and keeping my kiddos engaged! Love love love!!!

My child loves this app!
Unfortunately we can’t watch it very long before it cuts off and returns to my home screen on my phone.
Hopefully it will get fixed soon because it is an overall good app!
