Description

With Stream all your feeds appear as a unified timeline. With its simple user interface, ability to import existing lists, and support for open reading standards, Stream is a great choice if you're looking for a different experience.

Version history

1.3.0
2022-09-29
New Feature - Allows you to specify the number of days you'd like to keep feed items in your timeline
Bug Fix - Dates on items with long titles could be obscured by the title
Bug Fix - Small images in the article view were stretched to fill the entire view
1.2.1
2021-08-13
Two bug fixes:
1. Fixed layout issue with progress indicator so it's properly centered. (Thanks, Marc!)
2. Fixed a bug that could cause the progress indicator to remain on the screen while importing feeds when a failure occurred. Handle the failure case in the network layer so we could properly communicate to the app we'd finished importing that feed.

Thanks for using Stream!

WilloWhispArt,
Wouldn’t mind a more visual option.
I know this suggestion would perhaps be counterproductive to what this app sets out to do I like the simplicity I like that it’s ad free I wonder though if they could add an option to fetch pictures from the articles in your feed I personally like to skim my feed reading articles if something catches my eye with this app I have to read each title of the articles not the end of the world but having the option to see pictures for my articles would make my personal browsing experience better overall a wonderful app
joelisfar,
Simple and elegant
The concept is simple. The implementation is elegant. It kind of reminds you of “the good ol’ days” when apps were more focused on being nice and useful.
nlshawver,
Great, but not ideal (but I really want it to be)
I absolutely /love/ the elegance in simplicity this app provides, and it genuinely might become the RSS reader I use for the indefinite future... BUT I would really like the option to be able to mark articles as read, even if just by greying out the text. Something to differentiate it all would be helpful in my eyes– any plans for future updates? I'd love to see it :)
JLIDeveloper,
Only 1 thing makes it worth it
This app really bites. It is so basic that the lack of features is annoying. It only shows a small amount of text, and when you tap it goes to Safari. There is no categorization of feeds so you can focus on certain types. And no home screen widgets.

But the one thing that keeps me using it? There are NO Unread marks. Until I can find an alternative that ditches unread marks, I am sticking with Stream.
LeoNatan25,
Great reading app!
Great app, quickly pulls my subscriptions and focuses on the content with little distractions. Congrats Rob on the great app!
Captivate Apple,
Love it!
I’m a fan of the simple design. It’s fast, intuitive and just works! Awesome job.
