Native Tone Mapping Mode - maps the same as Apple H264/HEVC output tagged for 1000 Nits and targets editorial reviews.

Pure PQ mode does not tone map, but adjusts output depending on current screen brightness to always maintain correct values in nits. If current screen brightness is below content brightness then Pure PQ will clip to current screen brightness. Pure PQ mode targets Dolby Vision grading, where content is already mapped. Adjusting screen brightness helps with black levels.

Improved HDR support

This update improves 10/12 bit HDR version:
* Adds improved stream readout for ACT-L5 codec and audio channels (in portrait mode)
* Fixes color profile selection issue from a CHANNEL with SESSION mode
* Improves switching channels, selecting “wait state" and stop streaming

- Universal decoder now supports both ACT-L5 and ACT-L3 Streambox video codecs
- 12, 10 and 8-bit video stream decoding in 4:4:4, 4:2:2 and 4:2:0 formats

This release maps HDR values up to ~470 nits brightness.
PQ - "absolute" mode, no roll off, clip at ~470 nits.
HLG - curve mapped to 700 nits, with 100 nits matched to iOS brightness.
