[Developer's Instructions]
1. Look at your smartphone screen and then continue to watch it for a while when you find it difficult to focus your eyes. (The distance between your eyes and the screen should be approximately 20cm)
2. Look at your PC screen and when you find it difficult to focus your eyes, open this app and watch it from the same distance between your eyes and the screen. (The distance between your eyes and the screen should be approximately 50cm)
3. Continue closing the distance between your eyes and the screen until you can no longer focus. (The distance between your eyes and the screen should be approximately 10cm)
Keep your eyes wide open when you are watching. Develop a habit of watching closely without squinting or furrowing your brow when you find it hard to focus.

No instructions in the app and the ones in the app store are very difficult to understand. Very little effort went into making this app clearly...why then even bother?
Looks it might be good for something with the Gabor exercises, sadly very poorly implemented.
