Only transcribed one sentence...
I paid the monthly fee in order to have a four minute long video transcribed. It only transcribed the first sentence. There were pauses between the person talking with slides so perhaps that was the problem. (However it did not transcribe the second sentence even though there was no pause.) The sentence it did transcribe it did very well with. (“My name is _________.”) It only didn’t pick up the name but had highlighted it for me to check. The concept and layout seems well done, but three stars only because I paid for it and it did not work for me.

Dissatisfied
I wanted to make subtitles on this precious video of my 1 year old, excited for his very first snow. But every time I save the video it cuts out half of the subtitles at the end of the video . I have saved the video over 5 times and one video saved but the subtitles popped up as a blank Box's and every single video shows no translation at the end of the video . The video is only 21 seconds long. During editing it shows a red x by my first and second subtitle sentences but by the third subtitle it does not show a red X and that is the one that isn’t showing up on the video I have saved; however it shows up just fine on the preview . So it looks like the video is perfect until I download it . Also there is no tip or help butting that walks you through the app to show you how to use it . It’s Very frustrating.

Support Contacts are unreachable?!
I have been having the same issue happening to me as I edit and export a video. Once done exporting the video won’t show some of the writing even tho is visible in the editing side. Then I try to re- export, the app crashes and all my work gets removed. I’ve tried contacting ALL the emails linked in the app, the one listed here and continue to receive the mail delivery failure message.
I love the app and its features but having to redo captions multiple times is a waste of my time and money. Please reach out and help me correct this or let me know if I should look for another app.

The app works as described, but I found it troublesome to use, and find the "credits"/insert coins system really obtuse.
I was forced to do an automated English transcription of a 20 second video, but really wanted to write my own Japanese subtitles. Had to use one of the two demo credits for English, and the other for JP. Couldn't figure out how to delete the English, and the automated translation wasn't bad, but wasn't... How I'd say it, and trying to shoehorn my words into the set number of text boxes it translated was a complete mismatch.
Works, but very limited and the automation is overbearing to the point of dysfunction in my case.

Doesn’t work with IGTV
Downloaded this and tried to use the trial to subtitle a video for IGTV. First, the speech recognition completely missed whole words out of sentences, so that it was unreadable.
But the main issue is that the subtitles automatically go way at the bottom of vertical video.
When an Instagram TV video is shared in your Instagram feed, the bottom is cut off and only the center field of view is shown. With this app, my subtitles on vertical videos would be cut off in the Instagram feed, that defeats the purpose of drawing people in before they click. Deleted.

App is horrible waste of money.
I bought the monthly subscription and it’s been painful to say the least. The format is confusing and the timing of words is almost always off so for the projects I work on (I do this for work) it takes almost an hour to transcribe a 2-4 minute video because I have to go back and make edits to 90% of the automated transcription. It’s horrible. And honestly a waste of money. Just found a MUCH EASIER much simpler app that transcribes and does 99% better job. The layout is friendlier and easier to understand. Whoever created this app needs to overhaul it and start again- with customers in mind.

The best
I had subscribed for the personal and had a small problem since the translations didn’t carry over but contacted them on Facebook and in less than 5 minutes they helped me and fixes the glitch. The app itself is extremely useful.

Worst app ever
I subscribed to the free trial. I was getting annoyed with the constant “Translation Credit because you are a member 😘” popup. I really didn’t need that every 30 seconds. The video subtitling was going great, until I got to end of the video. I had text from 01:31-01:37 and the text I had in the box only flashed for 1 second. I tried constantly trying to fix this and it wouldn’t work. This app is faulty, the text should not flash for one second when I have a 6 second gap. I canceled my free trial after almost one hour. Maybe once they fix this inconvenience I might resubscribe. It is definitely not likely.

Video doesn’t show
I downloaded the app to translate one video. Says it has a 3 day trial. I uploaded the video and made changes to the text and when the app completed the transition and I downloaded it to my phone the video disappeared. I checked all the settings and tried to download it to a different video setting but nothing seems to work. I cancelled my 3 day trial but is still charging me for the month subscription. No where is an option to reach out to tech support to see why I’m having this issue

Inconvenient App
They should have an option where you can subtitle your video from scratch sometimes, if you have one like I had, where I had people talking over one another.
Instead of just having the option to subtitle what I wanted from scratch, I was haven’t to constantly battle against the (understandably incorrect) auto-translation that was already solidified in my script. It is an incredibly frustrating app, in general, though. The user interface needs some serious revamping. Such a finicky app.
