worst customer service
i ordered something from sun and sand and 2 days later when i recieved the item i used it and the material is very bad and it made a small hole in the clothing and i contacted customer service and her name was layan and when i told her the issue she told me that i will receive and email from them after 5 business days and i knew what they were going to say, layan told me that they cant exchange a damaged item but i told her 10 times that it is not my fault that the material is bad and she kept on saying that i will get an email after 5 business days even though i knew that they were going to say that they cant do anything about it and i kept telling layan from customer service and she kept telling me the samer thing over and over and over several times and now they didnt do anything about it and wasted 1 hour of my time talking to layan in customer service and they didnt even do anything about it. worst customer service ive ever had in my life and i will never order from here again, i advice you never order from here because the customer service will not do anything about it

Fake stock, 2 orders cancelled in 1 month
They add stock that doesn't exist on their platform, I bought two items in the last month to realize one week later that the order was cancelled from their end with no communication. Also, good luck reaching their 24 7 customer service that doesn't exist! Horrible experience, I have to start chasing my money over emails now. This the Noon of retail, I made a mistake trying this instead of Namshi.

لقد قمت بطلب عدة اشياء و من ضمنها كان هناك مشد للكوع .. و فور وصول الطلب كان المقاس غير مناسب
وقد طلبت الاستبدال او الإرجاع و لم يوافقو على طلبي .
و هذه أحد اسوء الاشياء عند الشراء عن طريق الموقع .
لن أكرر تجربتي مرة أخرى ( علما إنها ليست الاولى )
و لكن الآن قد تعلمت درسا جيدا .
عليك بالذهاب الى السوق و تجربة ما تريد شراءه لكي تحافظ على المال .

Items unavailable yet appear available on the app
Items that seem available on the site are not actually available. I get a refund, sure, but if I have to order a replacement item then I have to pay for the extra delivery fee and also I am not reliable for discounts that I can only get on big orders.
If you are an e-commerce store, isn’t it your basic responsibility to keep an updated inventory on your site or app?
Customer care is a tough experience and the agents who support are not authorized to do much to help.
This happened to me both times I have placed an orders in this site. I wouldn’t recommend at all. There are great competitors to this store like the Nike Saudi Arabia store itself.

Poorest service ever
No transparency. Hidden penalties. Return policy very complicated and lengthy. What they practice is different than what they advertise. Be careful. Bought a few items sie was wrong and there is no way you can get to use the credit they give. They take too long to reply. Other sites have much higher standards and better technology and more customer friendly. These people are arrogant and they think they are a monopoly.

Worst Online Shopping Experience
Unfortunately the company is not reliable. You will buy for SAR1000 you will get a stuff worth SAR200 and the others are missing, you will contact the Customer Care all in vain for more than three months to get your money back but that will never happen.
Will never use their online platforms and I have already advised my community to do the same

Bad service after sale
Its been more than 3 weeks and i cannot exchange any thing from items that i receive because its not updated in their system .. although I receive shoe with factory damage. And the customer service always promising me that it will be updated within 24 hour. 👎👎👎
