[+] Sunset Fast: naturally, most people already do this- fast from sundown through sunrise. Some religious customs use this fast.

Nice Fast Tracker!

I HAVE TO UPDATE MY REVIEW! 😊

I’ve been using this app for several months now... this is THE BEST fasting tracker app that I have ever come across! The diverse types of fasts to possibly track here is just wonderful. It’s also SO CONSISTENT!

I enjoy being reminded when I am halfway through a fast, and then when I’m only 1 hour before completing it. Though I enjoy fasting, I also enjoy eating too! So these little reminds are amazing for mere perseverance sake!

Being able to add previous fasts, and also track a fast that you have already started are both great features!

Thanks for this app guys. Perhaps even add a paid version; I’d love to support you guys in that way if you came out with one.

It’s amazing how hard it was to find a fasting app that offered a basic Full Day fast... some people may want to do such a thing for spiritual reasons. And while I do implement intermittent fasting from time to time... the ability to also track Full Day fasts for spiritual reasons, all in one app, is lovely. Thanks!

Best of show

In the world of fasting apps, sunrise fasting is an oasis in the desert. With the cactuses of locked features and the pitfalls of pop-ups that are common with other apps, sunrise fasting gives you an user friendly interface totally for free. I asked the developers if I could give them money, and it seem like they just really wanted me to fast. This is the best fasting app I’ve ever downloaded, I know it’s going to change my life in the life those I love. Thank you guys

Need app support

This seems like a great app but there are some things I can’t figure out. I just downloaded this 2 days ago and did my first 2 custom fasts. When I tried to log them in my history, it asked for my start and end times. Doesn’t this app track my start and end times?? That’s why I downloaded a tracker, so I don’t have to keep track of those things myself.
Also, I went in to put my weight in for the first time today and there was a weight already in there from 2017. ??? I’ve tried to edit and delete the old weight but the only button on the edit screen is cancel so it’s like it’s not saving the deletion. Help!! I wanna use this app but these 2 issues are so bothersome!!

Weight Loss

I started intermittent fasting 10 weeks ago on an effort to lose weight and to avoid going on medicine for recently diagnosed diabetes. So far I have lost 21 pounds and look forward to my next blood panel to see if my numbers changed. This APP has been so easy to use and has kept me on track. This has been the easiest method for me to lose weight because it’s not a diet! When my eating window is closed; it’s closed. That’s it (plus better food choices of course). I love that I can make notes as a reminder of what I did that day, if I had a good day or bad day, and to record my weight.

Disappointed

Seriously, there are no good IF apps out there. It’s just a freaking timer! Why does it need to be so complicated?

This one is particularly annoying because you can’t opt out of notifications. Sure, in the settings it looks like you can, but that’s a placebo. Unless you turn off notifications altogether in the system menu, then you’re forced to get three notifications during your fast: halfway, one hour left, and done. That may be great for some and not great for others. Personally, I don’t want to be reminded that I’ve still got an hour to go. The only notification I want is when it’s time to eat.

Emailed support. No response. I guess another fasting app bites the dust.

Exactly what i needed

My experience has been that the app serves all my needs, which are few. I want a timer, a log of previous fasts, weight tracker w/multiple weights per day, and more generally something running in the background to keep me accountable. This app nails it, delivering all those things and …. pretty much nothing else. THAT IS EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED THANK YOU.

Yeah yeah learning section yeah yeah premium blah blah blah. Show me some ads, I don’t care that that is how you monetize it. I barely have the app open, tops 3 times per day for a minute or two. Start or stop the fast and two weigh ins.

I’m doing the 36h (“monk fast”), 12h eating, 36h … bangers deal for having lost 4 of 60 lbs. i can totally keep that up and I will assuredly continue to use the app!!!

Great app

I’ve tried a few fasting apps and this one is the best. It’s easy to use and you can change and edit fasting times, other apps I’ve tried don’t let you do that. Also, some apps do not allow for fasts more than 72 hours etc… This one seems the most customizable. A few pop up ads but not bad, it’s worth it to have this app available for free.

A fasting app that doesn’t pressure you to pay for upgrades

I got fed up with fasting apps shoving their “special offers” and, pay to use “upgrades”. It always got shoved in my face whenever I opened the apps, I would have to deal with the slow loading and, then an add pops up.
Glad I found an app that doesn’t make me pay for logging in my mood or reading articles.

Very Satisfied

This app is a count down timer used during fasting. Being new to intermittent fasting, I love how this app tracks my daily fasts, gives me a visual on how far I am in my current fast, allows me to customize my fasts, and tracks my weights for me. It is very motivating to make it that last hour when you see the percentage you have completed.

I only gave 4 stars because it would be nice if I didn’t need to jump between apps for my food and activity logs.

Good app except...

I like this app, however, it’s a bit confusing. The first 3-4 were very clear and easy to use. By day 5, the look was ok but under the surface there were differences that I didn’t see until logging was done. I’ve been trying to delete a fast on two days but I can’t find where to delete a fast. I can edit the fast times/day but nit a specific fast. I’ll be looking for another app.
