Game not workinf
I'm crying and here is why I'm crying right now:
So I just had my iPhone updated since iOS needed to be updated I updated my iPhone and these three games which are Superstar BTS, superstar SM, and superstar JYP will not work now but the wierd thing is after my update these three games were gone so I re downloaded them and am trying to get back in and nothing is working I'm crying a lot right now I love these games a lot and I normally play in the afternoon but after the iOS update and me re downloading the games and tried going back into them it will not work. I worked so hard on these games and had a lot of cards too. But now I can't even get into the game to play it and I saw other people were having problems but idk what they did because I saw it in the comments of the app store. Can someone please help me please I really want to play them again. I don't think I'm still signed in after they were mysteriously deleted after I updated my iPhone and I think maybe I also lost everything in them too 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭

LOUD Cards and Challenges
I've played 5 of the Superstar apps so far (SM, JYP, YG, Starship, and Brand New) and this is one of the best of the 5. I only have one complaint, and that's with LOUD. It's not that I dislike having them in the app - no, their music is great and I'm glad I've been able to find something so wonderful through this app. However, one of two things needs to happen: either their cards need to be made readily available, or they need to be removed from any challenges dependent on scores. I keep getting score challenges on their songs, but they're physically impossible to beat without cards - but I can't get cards because they're completely unavailable to players. Please, put their cards on the generic card packs that can be bought in the shop, or if you're not willing to do that, make it so that LOUD songs can't be chosen for score-based challenges.

it’s fun but
this game is really fun but one thing i noticed is the best maps of this game are absolute garbage. sometimes it’s barely even possible to play because the game forces you to miss something, and i know it’s not just be being bad at the game it’s a huge issue i’ve seen people talking about. please just try and make your game a little more playable…
another thing is how ridiculously expensive it is to level up cards. on other games it takes about 1k R to level up just a B card but on this game it’s like 3k 😭 it’s really frustrating because you run out of R so fast and already have all the songs and missions completed and don’t know what else to do but wait until the next day for attendance. maybe just make them like super star jyp to be l’est expensive.
other than that the game is very cute and fun and i enjoy it. i love thé concert card options it has its handy and cute!

Can relate to people who lost all their progress
I used to play this game a lot and it was a while since I last played it and I had a lot of good R rated cards for groups like Stray kids and DAY6. Yesterday I tried logging back in since it took me back to the sign in screen so I didn’t think much of it, but when I tried to login with my gmail I’ve always used, it just registered me as a whole new player and all my data was lost. I tried using other login methods but no matter how much I tried, it just logged me into my new account instead of my original one where I had all my data. I’m very disappointed since I put a lot of time into the game and before I knew it all my hard work for cards were gone. I’m going to delete this app since I’m not interested in playing it anymore and I’m going to continue to play other rhythm games such as rhythm hive. My experience has been pretty decent with rhythm hive and it took way faster to earn R and XR rated cards in the game compare to JYP. I recommend rhythm hive for people who also want a smoother running game.

Card power ups, star ranking, crashing, weekly ranking
Great app BUT the way the power up system works on the cards is so dumb. It really doesn’t matter what grade your card is your trying to level up it will probably fail 100 times then when you use a C card it magically works. It’s literally all luck based. As well as the fact I can’t have ANY misses to get three stars is DUMB but that’s fine. And last the fact the app crashes 99% of the time is annoying. It loads to 99 then kicks me out. PLEASE FIX IT. I also forgot to add is that the weekly ranking system is also annoying especially since THE GAME CRASHES EVERY OTHER WEEK if you don’t play the game for a certain amount of time your ranking will drop every week. But since the game is always crashing you can’t play and keep your rank up. But like I said besides these few complaints the game is great:)

Very fun and addicting !
This game is so fun, I play it for hours without even realizing. There are occasional bugs but not too many to be frustrating. I do wish certain things did not cost actual money, like maybe adding some more free wallpapers and profile pictures for each group would be great ! Just to have some options rather than being forced to use just one ! Along with that, I think we should be able to add friends and even trade cards with them ! It would be a very cool feature ! But the game itself is good and has many things to do and collect ! I love the variety of cards and song choices ! I will say the normal and hard modes both are too hard for me but maybe I’m just not good yet 😭 If you like JYPE you should try the game out ! (Also, you should make a stray kids version!!)

Crashing
I like the game overall, but an issue that happens a lot is that the game crashes in the middle of loading or even a few seconds after I open it. Restarting my phone or updating doesn’t help either. Since I’m here I’ll review the app as I’ve been using it besides this specific update. Overall I like the game, but I wish it didn’t take so much time to load, since it’s pretty inconvenient and I sometimes decide not to play bc it’s been taking too long. Additionally, I think that after a song is played/completed, the waiting time bw the end of the game/song and when you can get to the stats screen for it takes too long unnecessarily, I think it could be cut short a bit. Perhaps by showing the combined score while the song is fading out? Otherwise though I like the daily challenges and game interface

Events
This game is great I find it very entertaining and I love playing it. I just have one thing that bothers me a lot. There are events that you can do that occur about once in 2-3 weeks and you can collect pictures for your background. Everything all okay but the Event missions are extremely hard unless you have really really good cards which is hard to have. Every single Event (that has a picture award) has a mission where you must pass 2 Million (I think) points. That is really hard because in the event, you need a special kind of card that is not powered at all. With normal cards, or no cards at all in the event slot, u cant even make it to 500,000 so how 2M? And u have to Get every single special event card? No that’s too much they should make the events easier and the pictures easier to obtain.

Dalcom Support Team is not working properly
6th anniversary event just pass, there are so many good things about this event, but just one bad thing cause this event to be completely bad, and it’s from the Dalcom Support Team. This event has exposed so many cheaters using tools to take the advantage of it, but there are also so many players willing to spend their time to grind this game, to PR the game to other social medias. And we all guessed what happened, good players got banned, bad players still continue to play because these cheaters willing to all send report to DC Email Support so they can ban these hard-working grinder.
Talking about DC Email Support, when we ask for evident, literally no replies for weeks. Even there is no team to managing anything related to cheaters, players have to report to DC. And after it got reported, what did they do? Nothing. They just lift the ban hammer and call it a day.
This is seriously the big issue can cause players to leave this game permanently. So please for the sake of this game, look at what you guys doing in your company, look at what you have done so far to these players, reflecting it on yourself if you want the game to have 7th anniversary.
There are so many issues got reported to you, and the replies are none, or just bot replies. This is very concerning from the company have create the series running for almost 8 years.
