Game is quite interesting with some unique HO's & mini games. Vibrant scenery with characters & events that are not too over the top or annoying in their presentation. Interesting plot line with long play.
Way too many glitches in general for my comfort zone, along with having to tap an item over & over again, until ones fingers almost fall off... Having to re-boot game because of a glitch, or being required to tap something repeatedly in order to collect it, got quite irksome after awhile. There was also the issue of game running too
slow in general: like it lost its signal and was trying to synchronize itself again...Quite strange.
Due to the many annoyances that one experiences whilst playing this game, I would not recommend purchasing it unless it goes on sale.

Would love to play...if it worked
The game looks interesting with a good storyline and graphics but cannot get past the title card. When I go to enter my name into player I cannot type. Apparently this is a glitch with IPhone 6s+. Your company needs to fix this immediately, because as someone who has spent plenty of money and time invested into your games, I am highly disappointed and I am sure others are too.

Won’t play!
I absolutely LOVE big fish games, especially the Surface series but unfortunately it won’t play!! I download but it won’t do anything. I can’t even skip the beginning scene or type my name in. It doesn’t recognize anything. Would LOVE to play this Big fish game but haven’t had luck.

The instructions for one minigame were incomprehensible. Other than that, very enjoyable throughout. Terrific storyline. I love this hints design that lets you teleport to where there is something you can do. I wish they all had this feature.

Doesn’t work
Just like so many other big fish apps I download them and then when I go to type in a name it freezes and won’t work. Extremely frustrating because I love their games that do work I’ve played every single one and now I’m trying to play the others that never work!!

Great game! Nice and long as well as the bonus chapter! Had the app force close 3-5 times but it opened right back up; could just be my signal or something! Def worth the $3!

Why?
Why are you advertising this app? It won't even allow game play. It starts up, plays the intro sequence (skip button doesn't work), then shows the option to name your player, but nothing works. It's like the touchscreen option is disabled. Keyboard doesn't work, "OK" button doesn't work, nothing. Attempted on 3 different devices. Nada. 🤷🏼♀️

Can’t play
Game looks like it would be really fun with an interesting storyline but can’t get past the title screen. Tap functionality does not work at all. Can’t skip the beginning story or type in name to be able to play. I like Big Fish and hope this gets fixed.

Fun game.
The casual level is very easy and relaxing to play. I will try a harder level next time. The reason I did not give the game five stars is that there is no zoom on the HO games.

Can’t get past entering my name. I’ve reloaded it a couple of times still nothing. I see from other reviews it has been going on for a while and hasn’t been fixed. Does not have a full screen either
