So because you have a new version of the device and the app, you aren’t going to bother updating this app, even though the device still works fine? Sorry, but is this even legal? You make a device that relies entirely on the functionality of the app, then when you update that device and app, you basically force people to buy the new device because the old app no longer works? My device is only a couple years old! It works perfectly well until the app crashes. There’s no reason for me to buy the new one when this one does everything I need it to do. So instead of buying a new device from Edelkrone, or recommending your products to other professionals (as I used to do), I will find somewhere else. Because this is unacceptable! I’m sure a single person on your software development team could figure this out in no time
