Rating 4/5 because I have not won anything yet and want to make sure it’s legit before I rate it 5 stars. Other than that, so far so good. I like to play this game and do play almost 24/7. I have opened, earned, and saved up for many gifts like gift cards, vacation vouchers, massage equipment, even an iPad. (etc…) I’m close to winning them, but have not won anything yet. Will post an update to this review when I finally win something and receive it.

You can win all tickets, surprise coins, hammers, diamonds, and surprise eggs by playing the Trivia Clash. However in Trivia Clash, you’re timed about 10-15 seconds to answer questions. The questions are hard and a fair amount are easy.

You win only & any amount of surprise eggs in the “Classic” Trivia. Also in the classic trivia, you can take all the time you need to answer the questions.

Tickets are used to enter raffles for surprise gifts.
diamonds are earned in the Surpise Blitz or Match 3 and are used to purchase new avatars/make updates to your profile.
Surprise coins can be earned by playing surprise blitz and are used to purchase spinning wheels, swapping topics in the classic trivia, lives and to purchase power ups in games.
Hammers are used to break open your surprise eggs.
Surprise eggs are what contain a variety of cheap to expensive item/s you could win or eventually collect to save up for.

You don’t just win coins you earn them by playing trivia question games based on different categories. Everyday you win a free reward wether it be a fee surprise egg, free hammer to crack surprise eggs with. Or a free spin of the wheel. You even have the option to watch these short videos like how instagram has reels to earn automatic coins. To use in spinning the wheel to earn prizes. It is really fun and I enjoy doing it each day I am now on level 12 and I just won my first gift. The Sloth planter it’s a planting pot in the shape of a cute sloth 😍😍!!! And I can’t wait to receive it in the mail. When you get to 100% of one intel you’ve cracked in your collection of items you get it sent to you for free ! No charge. But if you want you do have the option of paying for the items yourself to receive them on winning them by playing games or signing up for the membership they have either way you try it’s a WIN WIN !! 🥇 .

I think the Surprise app can be VERY rewarding if you put some time into it. So far I have gotten about 70$ in gift cards in like a week. The problem is that it is hard to get them, without spending money. I spent a good chunk of money on this, but I still got more prizes than the money I have spent. It is possible to get prizes without spending money, but you need to have a lot of patience. I have been having problems with withdrawing gift cards, they don’t get sent to my email, even though they said it got sent, but I contact support and they do it manually within 24 hours, so in the end it all works out. Overall, if you have a bit of time, I think you should download this app and give it a try!

Love it love the games I’m still trying to figure it out I opened the bank for 2.99$ but it didn’t show me what my surprise was so I’m not sure how it works I also spent 7.99$ on gifts but I’m not sure how what I got was any gift for me I thought it would be nice things they would send me but I haven’t gotten anything I could use they could send me that’s a gift for me so I have already spent right at 11$ but I don’t have anything they are sending me as a gift for me so I’m not sure how it works yet so I’m not spending any more money till I understand because spending that kind of money and I get some hammer I mean how is that anything like what I thought a nice gift for myself I could use at home I don’t know how it works but the games are fun I’m just not spending any more money unless I get a real gift

*** UPDATE** developer responds that they send packages right away but was told that then told it was getting ready to be sent. It’s been since the end of June still nothing. Developer responds telling me to email when I have send 5 EMAILS, a couple excuses in response and now crickets.

Started signing up for the package and never finished but it charged me anyway. App just gives error message. Got email asking for my correct address which is when I realized they charged me even though I hadn’t even finalized the registration so I asked for a refund at which point that said they couldn’t because the package had already shipped ( you know, the one they don’t have a complete address for?) when I questioned that they said well it’s scheduled to ship so it was too late. Meanwhile it’s 6 weeks later, no package, they don’t have my address and they refuse to refund my money. The last email said they can’t refund because they’re following their terms and conditions. DO NOT DO THIS!!!

DO NOT waste your money on this - while yes you win everytime you win stuff like coins to buy things towards the games like extra boosters, etc- you cannot use the coins to buy gems and the match games are totally rigged! There is no point in getting first place when the tournaments are over - you dont get anything for it and the events are just once a week with lame prizes ! Maybe if they would let you use coins to buy gems or have more than one event so people can choose where they want to put their raffles into instead of waiting a ton of weeks to do so it would possibly be worth it. Its a scam like all these games - noone ever wins REAL tangible items , oh and you have to open your suprises which is something new everytime as well as sometimes pointless items as coins and hammers . You have a million hammers with no eggs to crush - the spins are pointless because that again is winning coins or “suprises” that are worth nothing! BORING

I thought this game would be very fun winning prizes in exchange for the developers getting money from the ads I watch. I hope this game and all over games just like this one get banned from the App Store. These developers are making people so excited that they will get money and cool prizes yet they never will give prizes. I really wish you developers could hold up your end of the agreement instead all you do is be extremely greedy and make money off of this poor incident people. You guys also only reply to the people that give you 1 star reviews because you want to try to change there mind so you can get 5 stars so you can get more money. Yet you actually don’t even try half the time you just send the same crappy replies to so many people and also stealing there money. That’s is so messed up. By the time your done with me I will sue you for everything you ever got and expose you in front of the whole internet!

I like that there are several games you can play and there is some strategy to winning prizes. I am frustrated with the amount of times the app stalls/closes and has issues. Fortunately it seems to typically save my progress. I am also confused by some things and can’t decide if it’s inconsistent or I just am not understanding. I thought I was 75% of the way to a prize ~$13 value and thought I had redeemed the final 25% but found I was still at 75. I enjoy the app mostly but I’m not sure how much longer I will keep it. This will depend on certain critical issues. Currently I am unable to open any prizes at all, or earn new prizes on the video feature, which I find incredibly frustrating.

This was such a great game before the new update! I actually used to look forward to playing this game daily, and whats really the worst part is that i reached out to customer service about how i had felt about the new update and it seems that they must have not liked what i had to say because i can no longer open and play the game!! It opens up, loads and then i get a black screen which ironically happened on what was supposed to be my seventh consecutive day of playing and receiving the max reward for daily "check-ins”!! Then theres no way to get “golden hammers” because even after so many “silver hammers” those even stop being given as rewards, then customer support says “it to create transparency between players and themselves” what does that mean? I never write reviews but i felt like this had to be said/known.

It works for about ten minutes. Then it starts asking to integrate with your job email and your boss. In the middle of trivia rounds it asks personal questions about your likes and activities presumably to sell this info. After ten minutes the spinner ALWAYS lands on ten coins. You appear to accumulate surprise eggs but cannot open them; you cannot do anything with the coins. The creator used a fake job offer of 125k/year to lure people to give good reviews. While those reviews mostly say, it’s an easy game for me to potentially win prizes; the game makes it completely IMPOSSIBLE to win anything. Don’t waste your time or your personal info. Also when you click app support it takes you to the main website which shows the app to be marketed to companies to increase production from employees. THERE IS NO APP SUPPORT
