Das neue Challenge-Bonusprogramm ist eine Katastrophe
Der Ersatz für das bisherige Bonusprogramm mit dem einmaligen Ausfüllen eines Fragebogens hin zu den Challenges ist eine absolute Zumutung. Erstens empfinde ich das als eine Bevormundung, dass ich mir verschiedene (viele) Filme anschauen und Texte lesen und Fragen beantworten soll.
Ausserdem muss ich damit viel (!) Zeit aufwenden, um aufs Level 3 mit dem Maxium an Ermässigungen zu kommen.
Mir wurde vom Swica-Verkäufer die Police mit den Vergünstigungen via Bonusprogramm/Fragebogen verkauft, und dass hier das Maximum einfach zu erreichen ist. Für mich ist das neue System mit den Challenges faktisch eine versteckte Prämienerhöhung.
Für mich hinterlässt dies ein schaler Geschmack und ist ein Grund, im Herbst zu einer anderen Versicherung abzuwandern!
