Description
Do you have a Fitbit and an iPhone? Save your Fitbit activity to Apple Fitness (iOS 16) and other health data to Apple Health!
SwiftSync can save data of the following types:
- Steps (free)
- Weight (free)
- Heart Rate, active and resting (requires in-app purchase)
- Walking / Running Distance (requires in-app purchase)
- Flights Climbed (requires in-app purchase)
- Calories, active and resting (requires in-app purchase)
- Body Fat Percentage (requires in-app purchase)
- Body Mass Index (requires in-app purchase)
- Workouts (including maps) (requires in-app purchase)
SwiftSync will save intraday (minute by minute) data if available. This means instead of a single daily average, measurements throughout the day are recorded separately.
SwiftSync can periodically save new Fitbit data automatically when your phone is connected to power.
What makes SwiftSync different?
Unlike other sync solutions, the SwiftSync app creates workout activities including detailed heart rate and map data which makes it perfect for runners, walkers, and hikers. In iOS 16 you can see your Fitbit activity in the Apple Fitness app, close your rings, and share/compete with friends. Use SwiftSync and Apple Health to tie all of your fitness app accounts together. View fitness trends in Apple Health, and advanced analysis such as peak heart rate and recovery rate.
Intraday sync means SwiftSync saves minute by minute data for steps, heart rate, calories burned, distance walked/run, and floors climbed. This allows you to use multiple sources of health data such as your iPhone, Fitbit device, and Apple Watch without double-counting data.
New in version 1.2: Now you can export complete account history from Fitbit as a zip file and open it directly in SwiftSync to save complete health and fitness data!
