Stay up to date & easy to navigate.
The free version of this app is great. It lets you know the events and details, very simple. The pro version with the monthly subscription, while it does cost, the cost is so little and very worth it. Reminders, times of everyone not just your kiddo. So you can see the difference in times between competitor. Really helps you to know where you stand and how much you need to try to improve for next time.

I love this app
I use the paid version of this app and it is 100% worth the small cost. You can tell that the app was developed by people with a passion for swim. The developers were incredibly thoughtful in designing the app. When I find myself thinking “I wonder if SwimTopia can ___?” - it almost always can. Customer support is very kind and responsive as well.

This isn’t that great :(
I have been looking for another meet app other than the one that I have to see if there is a better one and I came across this one. I cannot figure out how to make an account, I have read the article on your website and it wasn’t helpful either. There are a lot of dead ends too, I tried the guest account and it doesn’t work for me, I have tried several times to get to a meet in the past that I want to look at for my times and it wont search it up (I even put the whole name in and it didn’t work) I would like if you could make it easier to make an account and maybe up grade the guest.

One-stop shop
I love that this app provides a one-stop shop for my swim families. They can get to meet info such as meet times, addresses, meet sign up and volunteer signup as well as receive quick notifications such as a canceled practice or entry deadline. An improvement I would appreciate would be to incorporate a quick two-way messaging service so coaches could contact individuals and parents could contact the coach. This would cut back on the need for additional group messaging services.

Very helpful…. When it works.
As someone who has been using other swim apps for years, this one has its pros and cons. The reminders are great, and its pretty easy to figure out. You can see everything you need to know about a race and clear results. But it NEVER WORKS. Even when the meet is using meet maestro software, it still doesnt work. Sometimes it will work for my siblings but not me, even though we all paid for premium. Would love to use this, but sticking to meet mobile until this app gets a complete overhaul.

Game changer to keep up w your kids at meets!
This lines up all your kids’ events in order and color coded by kid. You can see their last submitted time so you know right away how they improve. Then you can see when results are posted. Other kids come running to me to tell them where they ranked. Love the app.

Swimtopia makes summer league a breeze
Have you ever had to rely on lousy heat sheets and busy coaches to navigate your swimming experience. Well, worry no more! With Swimtopia I can simply enter the events I want to and see what heat, lane, stroke, you can even see opposing teams and their times. I would say all around good investment but, it’s free!!!

If you haven’t worked the computer room at a swim event then don’t complain about how quickly data updates in the app. The app works flawlessly if the computer room folks are working flawlessly (including internet, printers, and computers). Love this app! Heat sheets… There. Changes to the heat sheet 1/2 hour before meet… updated! 2 kids 10 event; breeze! SwimTopia sends reminder notifications straight to your phone a few events ahead of when your kids are up…
