By no stretch of the imagination would I consider myself smart or my vocabularyextensive. In fact, I tend to think I fall in the low end of those scales. Despite that, I really do enjoy this game. It is very challenging for me, but I see it as an opportunity to work on my vocabulary in a fun way. I really enjoyed that you can purchase each item for stat increases, and you're not stuck with an outfit you don't really care for on your character. If I had the extra money, I would absolutely put money into the game to support futureupdates. I rated it as four stars because it still somehow seems incomplete. As a side note for the Developers, if I may suggest an addition to the game play, I think it would be cool to be able to swap tiles (like how you can build up to the gem drop, you can build up tile swaps). I've found myself wishing on many occasions this letter was here so I could make this word, or separate but additional idea, I wish I could swap this letter with a different letter. Also, I’d like to suggest letting players swap item buffs so you can have the weapon you like with the buff you prefer.

I have played the heck out of this one. It’s a good solitaire word game, and the prestige levels add some fun chrome to your character as you work your way through. If you buy the gold doubler you’ll shortly find that gold acquisition is no longer much of a motivator in the game, and no board is particularly hard to beat once you get to where you can fully kit out your character soon as new gear unlocks. This makes the gold rewards for highly ranking your clan kind of irrelevant. I’d rather see some exclusive items or skins be part of the reward structure around clan play. And on top of all this the game’s dictionary clearly has some weird gaps in it — some kinds of profanity it accepts, other kinds it doesn’t, and then there are some non profane words which are missing too. Still it’s plenty of fun and stays in regular rotation on my phone after a week of heavy play.

I like the game, an easy way to pass some time and not mindless. The word searching is fun, the game play is less important to me. I have a few complaints that take away some of the fun:
The game needs a more complete dictionary. Words that the game did not accept include: belie, Latin, eft, nog. Since the moves are timed, rejecting a good word costs gold. Also, using a word of 5 or more letters results in the game making an announcement, which blocks the game board as you are trying to scope out your next word, with the timer counting down.
I cannot find any explanation of the rules; sometimes I enter a word and the enemy as an example has its hit points raised by 200 points, and my word then does 200 points of damage, for a net-zero effect. I would also like to see some stats like best word.
But I am still playing and enjoying the game. It could be improved though.

I quite like this game; it's simple yet enjoyable. I especially like how I can customize my character—and reap the benefits of many items—without having to wear specific clothing items to get specific boosts.

However, a bug/issue I've encountered is that sometimes—often when I complete a "Perfect Strike" gem—the letter blocks that made the final word of the gem disappear and do not respawn; meanwhile the enemy takes multiple (unfair!) stabs at me while my character is glitched and the letters don't work.

Also, the mandatory ads are annoying, but I doubt the devs will get rid of them. Overall, though, this is a really fun game that sharpens the mind and is good vocabulary practice.

My clan “Game of Bones” finished 6th in the war that just ended, and was set to receive the payout for 5th-10th of 2000 coins. I waited until this morning to write this review to make absolutely sure there was not a delayed payout. We did not receive our reward! The only aspect of this game that makes it worth playing is the weekly clan war. If we are not going to receive rewards for participating, then this game is not worth my time.
Next issue....clearly stated in the shop is a sentence that says ads will go away with ANY purchase. Well, I made a purchase and I am still getting ads, just as many as before my purchase. So... not only are they not paying out rewards, they are conning you into spending money.
Last issue....what dictionary are you using for this game? It’s bad enough that we end up with a board of almost all consonants or vowels, but then I try to make a word I know exists and the game doesn’t recognize it as a word, I mean c’mon!

Tired of incredibly boring word games? Does your mind dream of wizards, knights, ninjas, and pirates? Look no further than this word game, my friend! Sure everybody likes making words out of a sea of random letters, but even a monkey can do that. But doing epic battle with a host of well equipped foes, using your linguistic skills? Sign me up. And did I mention there’s cool hats? Potions, spell books, weapons!!! Die, scary tree creatures, dieeeee!!! Oh. Where was I? Ah yes, use coins you gain in battle to buy cool new weapons and outfits and upgrade your skill levels at the same time. The sound track is totally peaceful, especially given the amount of killing going on. And then there are even... *whispers* clan wars....

Let me start off by saying: the gameplay is not necessarily original but the idea is. This mobile game seriously has potential to be one of the best.

Now I understand it's still a new game but it seriously needs work. Firstly, the board; it's too small and feels limited.I suggest making the board bigger. While I progressed through the game, it felt the game only gave me trash letters with hardly any vowels. I might sometimes have the necessary letters but can't match them. (Perhaps this was the intention, and encouraged players to grind out their character)

Secondly, while the gameplay is quite fun, it is somewhat regurgitating and would eventually get boring. You should keep it fresh by adding more features in the near future.

Lastly, the lack of pvp. What really surprised me, was there was no pvp setting. This is a missed opportunity that potentially could've reeled in new players. Please make this a thing.

Overall, it's a fun idea but feel incomplete. Unfortunately, I will delete the game due to the lack of content. After stage 16, it felt I was playing the same level over and over. Hopefully that changes in the near future.

The game is fun for how simple it is. It gets some things right like the customization aspect and keeping all the upgrades no matter what you have equipped. The ads are pretty obnoxious though, and they sometimes glitch out so you can't close them. There are also a lot of perfectly good words that the game doesn't recognize. Good overall, but it could still be better.

My son turned me on to this game and I’ve really enjoyed it. I like the different choices to upgrade your character’s abilities. My only suggestion would be an undo button. Occasionally I’ll be playing around with which word I want to use based on what has the most points and I’ll accidentally select a word I didn’t mean to select. Very frustrating when you’re up against a big boss and you accidentally select a 2-letter word! Otherwise, it’s a totally fun game and I’m hoping they’ll add more levels.

It doesn’t have loads of bugs or glitches, it kills time effectively, you can customize your character with what you want without having to wear certain things for better benefits, and it’s just so simple! I recommend you, reader, to play this epic game!
