Fantastic App. Thoughtful and Educational
From the beginning the App is easy to navigate and understand. The approach taken is wonderful for all levels of health and fitness as it takes time to explain, educate and even showcase videos for understanding and implementing improvement. I look forward to continuing to utilize as a part of my daily routine.
