A couple of glitches identified and fixed

some display issues have been fixed and five new levels added.

tweaks to a couple of early levels that people thought were a little too hard that early, and ad network fixed to hopefully stop crashes.
please note, every 5 attempts at levels results in a short non-targeted ad being shown. i apologise for playing the occasional ad, however developers of freeware need to gain revenue from somewhere. i appreciate your support.
levels 41-50 will be released by mid-march.

fixes a display issue on awards and options screen that was on some devices. also corrects an impossible to reach platform on level 34.
