It is refreshing to see such fantastic information all in one place. I appreciate all the different modalities given for pain options, even the holistic measures. It is great to have such information at ones fingertips. I will be passing this on to patients I know as well as friends I know that have chronic pain so they can be well informed on how to possibly manage daily or ask questions when at appointments to better their lives.

Very helpful!
Great to see all this information in one place. Suffering from pain for long time makes you wonder what can you try differently- this app provided me with lot of options. I liked the way it explained how pain is felt, how things work and basic rules to treat. Five star!

Great concept
As a primary care physician I am always struggling to find a way to explain how different pain meds work. This app helps solve that and gives a very clear way to understand and explain this visually!
Wendellafina,
This does nothing ...
This does nothing but prove that there’s an exception to every rule and that opioids for unrelenting Pain is the best treatment for individuals who have 1) tried and failed at all other pain therapies, 2) have never used opioids to treat anything other than pain and used them as prescribed, and 3) have been educated and has a clear understanding in the risks associated with opioid use. This also reminds us that Government should never be involved in heath care!!! Patients should always be treated on a case by case basis.

More like a magazine article
This is a list of what can be tried, from Acetaminophen to Cannabis. Brief descriptions. There is very little work here and another of the ‘try everything except opioids’ when opioids are the one thing that work. I think all these glowing 5 star reviews are from friends and family, NOT people genuinely seeking relief from chronic pain. I think that’s deceptive.

A quick informative guide on pain meds
Good to see a well compiled guide on pain medicine by a pain medicine practitioner himself right on our fingertips. In the era of information overload, finding an authentic source in its simplest form is welcoming.
