Such A Great Tool
I’m a SPED teacher and have been needing an app to have general education teachers easily track data in their class. This app is great. All it needs is the ability to print the data in a daily report and for us to have collaborative data. I wish I could go in to my app and add the data from when her students are in my class instead of having separate data on my phone. Other than that, great job! Can’t wait to tell others about this app.

Almost there!
This app has been extremely helpful to use in a pinch for new aides working 1:1 with students who exhibit challenging behavior. The accessibility and ease with which they are able to just tap a button versus managing a clipboard and paper data sheet is much more feasible a request. However, I have noticed some pretty significant glitches with the calculations. The percentages occasionally don’t add up despite the data being collected and after a certain (apparently random) number of opportunities, the data cease to be counted in the total and the percentages don’t change resulting in unreliable data collection. Also, it would be wonderful to export the preview page that shows the total opportunities correct and incorrect versus just getting a decimal point in the spreadsheet. It’s not comparing apples to apples when opportunities and duration of sessions vary from day to day. I would love it if the actual time of the session also appeared in the exported data. And I agree that it would be great to have a shared location for a single student since there will often be more than one person collecting data on the same student in different environments in the school setting. Nevertheless, this is world’s better than expecting staff to carry around and reliably record data with paper and pencil. Thank you for offering this app for free! Though I’m sure with some minor improvements, it won’t be free for long.

Fantastic for easy data collection!
I am so impressed with this tool, it is easy to use and train on and has a lot more flexibility in terms of types of data than most applications. I manage a severe behavior program and it has been great for collecting data even in somewhat escalated situations. My trainees from a local university have commented that they like it too!
Only improvements I would suggest is being able to add a more descriptive name to sessions (or show a note when looking at all sessions) and for the export to include time stamped keystrokes (such that we can look at not just average duration but record individual bouts) and break down sessions further if needed.

Great App for RBT
As an RBT, I found this app super helpful! When collecting data with multiple behaviors, you can add each one individually and track them all at once with a simple tap. You can also select the function of the behavior and write notes throughout the session. The data collection chart shows you exactly at what time a behavior occurred so you can’t track if a certain behavior is repeatedly happening at the same day everyday. Definitely recommend for anyone in the ABA field!

What a great easy to use tool!
I think this is an incredible app for behavior tracking. It’s easy to access quickly and because I can create my own behaviors to track it’s incredibly customizable. I just wish there was a way to add other team member teachers for consistency when going from class to class and to be able to track those behaviors/notes across the board.

Great app!
As a new RBT this app has been a huge help. I can easily track on my phone while in the field and not have a bulky notebook to carry around. The only thing missing from this app is prompt required tracking. But overall much easier than paper and pen!

Easy to collect, iffy to export.
I used Tally Flex all year last year because of how easy it is to collect data during a school day.
I was annoyed that duration data was exported in a hard-to-graph format (i.e. 3h 4m 30s) and disappointed that any qualitative notes couldn’t be exported.
This year, I am dismayed to discover that none of my data for the past week shows up in an Excel export. I hope this issue is resolved soon!

Very easy to create your own data
I love how easily it is to create my behaviors and tracking data. My only grip is I wish they had a macOS that would sync together on the same account. I am an RBT, but I am also training to be a BCBA. Having it on the macOS would help me a lot.

Love the data collection features. It is easy and streamlined. It would be nice to be able to add prompts needed for a correct response. And most importantly, as a BCBA I would like to be able to have access and share the app with my RBTs. I’ve been looking for a paid version, but I can’t seem to find it. Thank you!

Great tool
This is an awesome app for tracking data in the moment in our ABA classroom. One thing that would make it even better would be allowing shared sessions so each educator could take data on the student towards the same graphs!
