I have full Wi-Fi and am constantly getting cut off especially after a bit bet so beware really beware if you are not in town and only have service if you are on Wi-Fi I keep quitting and coming back to see if there’s any improvement but keeps getting worse

I do not recommend this app, they steal all your chips. And the worst thing is that TAP POKER knows it too. And they do not do anything, I even sent photographic proof of the 7B I had stolen from my account. The player on the TAP POKER will threaten to steal your chips in front of everyone and they will suddenly go missing from your account, coincidentally. Several people have had this issue with the app and customer service is useless, giving you the same "copy+paste" answer each time claiming that they will solve the issue in 48 hours or not at all. They are NEVER clear as to why they do not answer when they don't, instead giving a half baked response that it's "somewhere in their guidelines" never saying exactly what it is and never truly helping in any way. I have invested a lot of time and money in this application and it does not seem fair to me

This app is a joke! I updated the other day and am now locked out of my guest account that had 40b and FB account. I was forced to create a google account and now have to start over...that's ridiculous!! So I made the new account and attempted to play...sat at 1m 9 seat tables...and every player other than me at that table was a bot!! All 8 players were all at level 27 with varying amounts of chips?? Cmon now!! They all say the same phrases out of turn and out of context..."pls", " don't kill me", "hi"... Etc... This app used to be fun, but when the developers start hacking accounts and taking chips and only letting their high roller friends win, then it's time to go!! There's NO WAY you can sit at a table and all players there are on the same level... They all continue to raise and bet regardless of their hand, all to get real players to fall for their antics. Pathetic!!

This app is ridiculous. #1 Hard to even find an open table. What app only has 3 or 4 (at the most) open tables at each level?? #2 App just wants you to buy chips. Constant losing hands with good starting cards. And I mean good. If you have KK OR QQ you might as well fold before the flop. AA too for that matter. They rarely win. Someone will call with 7-4 off and get a runner runner straight or 4 to a flush. #3 Children or very immature adults play this app. They call you names and talk childish crap all the time. Gets old quick. They think it's funny to call you a stupid bobble head or some such redicilous name. Like that helps their game. #4 if you are a girl, don't put your picture up or let anyone know you're a girl by your name. You will he constant friend requests and private messages from weirdos and creeps. Unless you like that sort of thing.

I really enjoy playing this game. Easy to navigate and not a whole lot of distracting colors and effects. Very tastefully developed. The App is pretty stable and the Emojis are very cute and helpful to players in expressing their emotions , making the players' interaction more friendlier and fun. Customer service and support are quick to respond to inquiries. I had a couple of questions I sent by email and within a very short time , I received a response. I truly recommend this Poker App , so much better than the other poker games out there. Well done!

I've had and played this app for over 7 years. About a month ago I began having some concerns with the game, first of all I pay for chips with cash. I noticed my chips were being taken; once I confronted the company about this, they acted as if they were going to fix the "error." I was asked for my ID via email, and when I provided them with the ID they proceeded to take more of my chips. This not only happened to me but my friends as well. I'm very displeased I work hard for my money, and for someone to think they can just come and steal from not only me; but my friends as well, is not ok. Tap Poker needs to know that this is not going unnoticed and that people are not happen with the way they conducting business.

I made an inAPP purchase from TAP 4 days ago, I played and won some. My 60B got up to 75B ... yay, played frugally and carefully. I signed out for a few minutes and signed back in, shockingly all my chips are gone! My acct reset to zero with a different MY ID number. I sent TAP email to question their action and requested to fix it and they have not done anything about it. I feel so cheated by FREEON. I am not the first player they did this to. I should have listened to them. TAP robs you blind! Losing at the table is one thing, being robbed by the App Developer is entirely different and it is scary! Zero star, 1 star rating under protest!
