I was planning on making a complete joke of a review, but so many thoughts went through my head when playing that I think I'll be writing a genuine review. First, it's fun. It's simplistic and fun and a fantastic offline game to keep you occupied when bored. However, the game does have some downsides. First off, the resolution. It looks like I'm playing a youtube video on a laptop with Intel Pentium 4. It looks pixelated, and if I'm being honest, quite lazy. Next, there's nothing but game. Sure, the game is simplistic, but it needs more. When you open the game, it just says "tap to play," and that's it. There needs to be more customization, like ball colors and designs that could be sold for coins you could collect in-game. Moving forward, the game, like many others, is repetitive and gets boring. Personally, I can't play Minecraft or Terraria for hours upon hours, and even those games have tons of content. Now imagine a tapping game- There's only so much you can do, and boredom will soon pressure you to move onto another app on your home screen. If the game had alternate game modes, it could be much more playable on a long-term basis. For example, a mode where the meteors fall faster or a scenario where you die if you hit a wall. If you look at the game Color Switch, you'll see it is very similar. It's a simplistic tapping game, yet millions of people have downloaded it and played it. However, it has an eye-catching interface and uses bright colors to lure others to download it. In "Tap shot" you only see three colors; Orange, blue, and white. On color switch, the main game is only a small portion of the game if you take a step back. There is a minigame section where there are different objectives and levels. On top of all that, the game has a store where you can purchase extra lives and balls with different designs. Anyway, I would say this game is the beginning of something great. It has more potential than any app I've ever looked at but needs some serious work from the devs.
