Improvements to uploads:
- tells the user when can't connect to the internet, and retries when connection becomes available
- if the upload connection fails, tries again
- if the server replied with error during upload, returns to the edit screen so can retry
- reports the upload speed & warns when the connection is slow
- checks whether video is over 100MB before uploading it
- limits video taken within the app to three minutes (which ensures that it is less than the 100 MB limit)
- if upload cancelled, returns to edit screen rather than loosing the observation (this may result in duplicate observations)

Other items:
- parents can see the observations they submit
- can now delete media from the app again
- doesn't tell user observation saved, just shows them the saved observation

Fixed a crash that sometimes happened when you exit and then re-enter that app.

- Searching multiple times then adding an observation causes the app to crash

- Fixes iOS 8 issue where modal views not allowing scrolling
- If the app locks when on an observation screen, after logging back in (via pin) you were shown a blank screen
- When media files were being processed, the thumbnail wasn't always displayed
