Good but needs a couple small improvements to really be great
Love the app overall but it would need a couple small adjustments to make it a five star for me and become my daily driver. Would really appreciate a longer time before the app brings you back to the starting page. If I leave the app, more often than not, it starts my brew log over which can be pretty annoying when logging new roasters. Would love a way to log the number of clicks on my grinder settings beyond the “fine” or “medium fine” options. Would love to have a way to save brewing method profiles so I don’t need to manually adjust all the boxes every time. I would like to set a profile and then adjust from there as I play with my brewing parameters to dial in the beans I’m tasting. Would also be great to have multiple profiles as I vary the method of how I brew the beans. I brew different roasts differently and having a way to quickly use profiles to save me typing time would be a game changer for me personally.

Lovely Coffee Rating App
As someone who has been a power user and contributor to craft beer rating apps, I really like the way this app works. It’s really easy to use and provides a bevy of options to describe your coffee very closely to how you experience it.
I would love the ability to add pictures to individual roasts that don’t have them. I have found that some of the roasts I use don’t have any info, and adding the picture of the bag would make it easier to identify which coffee roasts I’ve added.
Otherwise it’s a fantastic app and I’m very excited to track my coffee journey with tasting grounds.

Coffee community made easy☕️
I recently stepped out of the coffee industry and have been panicking over feeling like I’m not as involved with the AZ coffee scene as I would like to be. Tasting grinds helps lower my anxiety. I’m able to share coffees im trying and figure out my favorite way to brew them and share all of that with the community over all. I’m meeting new people, making connections, and discovering other coffees. I’m obsessed with this app. Sharing it with everyone 🤍🤍🤍

Great for tracking your favorite coffee!
Really like the social aspect of this app and the ability to track all the different coffees I’ve tried. It would be good to see future enhancements to track brew notes (e.g. I like to track the grind setting I used for Espresso vs Ristretto, and the grind time (I don’t bother tracking weight as that’s a little too tedious for my liking). Great app though!

Great coffee-logging app
The only downside at the moment was the app’s limited user-base. Its a great platform w/ a ton of features, but the global activity feed feels a bit sparse. Looking forward to seeing more and more people use this app.

Great app with massive potential
Tasting grounds is a wonderful platform for exploration of specialty coffee. There is a lot of potential as more people share their coffee experiences to become a real social media platform around coffee. The one real complaint I have is there’s no personal journal to track my brews. When they add that, this’ll be something really special.
