It’s not a bad game, but man does it do nothing to make itself interesting. It feels like a shoddy cash grab targeted towards people who play Weed Firm 2, by using the same characters (except for one new kid [unless a kid buys weed later in the levels that I haven’t gotten to yet]) but it renames some of them?
I enjoyed playing it for a single day, and the next day I felt like I just wasted time I could’ve used to do literally anything else.
The art is good, props to the artists, but whoever was in charge of making gameplay could’ve used some more time to think of something better than “Pour milk, wait real life minute, pour froyo, give to customer.”
Maybe have the Hippie girl open the shop instead of having her be a customer. Have like a bunch of mini games where you, for instance; perfectly pour the froyo after it’s done mixing, then having to catch falling toppings on the froyo that the customer wants, maybe even making it so people want 1-4 cup/cones of froyo and you have to juggle making multiple at once.
In the end though, I doubt this review will change anything about this game. I’m sure they’ve moved on from this endeavor and are doing other things now, but I wish that they could’ve done something more for their legacy than create an inoffensive, yet terribly boring game.
