#TeamSportLaPoste transforms physical activity into a team game and helps you keep moving every day. Enjoy fun and collaborative experiences through different activities: walking, running, cycling, yoga, quiz...

The principle is simple:
Download the #TeamSportLaPoste app,
Join a team or create your own,
Use the integrated tracking device or connect your favourite apps in a simple and secure way,
Collect points for your team thanks to your physical activities.
Complete the daily missions proposed by our mascot Birdy.
Use your brain by answering the quizzes and collect extra points for your team.

Whether you're a weekend runner or an experienced sportsman, #TeamSportLaPoste is not only about sport, but also about shared activities for the wellbeing and well-being of everyone.

Note: the app can use your location, even when in the background, which can reduce battery life.

#TeamSportLaPoste uses HealthKit to export your #TeamSportLaPoste activities to the Health app and to read biometric data.
