You can set this up with the Teamy app, as well as:

• Automatically import events from sports associations.
• Limit the number of participants per event.
• Set registration date and deadline.
• Centralize communication with in-app messaging
• Request or assign tasks to teammates. For example; ask who will drive or assign whose turn it is to do the laundry.
• Track attendance and task statistics
• Connect your program to your own agenda.
• Set up your own notifications (for user and admin)

The Teamy app is free to use. It has no restrictions on the number of users or the number of events.

The origin of Teamy
Teamy was developed in response to our own frustrations and feedback received from other (football) sports regarding the key weekly question: who is going to be present or absent during the training or competition? Teamy serves as a self-help tool for the event organizer or captain. Teamy was officially launched in June 2019.

Teamy is an initiative of Brinked, Morux and WeWantWeb.

Subscribe to “Monthly Subscription” and “Yearly Subscription” through the app to become a buddy of Teamy and remove ads. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the then-current subscription fee. You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renew by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription.
