- Squished a bug that was occasionally causing a crash when rating a pun

- Puns by your rating no longer shows puns with no rating.
- Data and server changes/enhancements. The back-end service I used is shutting down so a change was needed (update your app to ensure you keep receiving new puns!).
- The server changes also require changes to the rating system to ensure ratings will persist between installations on the same device (this may result in some users losing their ratings up to this point). In the future update I'm planning to provide a way to login if desired so ratings can persist across devices.
