I play pokemon go, a lot. I have been seeing a chiropractor and massage therapist and still have so much pain. My dr. Diagnosed my pain as tech neck. I ran across this app while researching helpful exercises. This app had mad a world of difference! I am in so much less pain and the exercises absolutely work. They are easy and you can do them anywhere, multiple times a day. I highly recommend this app.

Handsome man, admirable interface
This is such a nice interface, with no ads, simple/clean/professional and doesn’t ever request reviews. I’m impressed with the embedded video, technically (and aesthetically) - ie this man is very handsome ! Which makes me more inclined to do the daily exercises

Simple and helpful
Simple and pretty clear exercises to keep your neck and back muscles working right. I combine them with gym exercises.
However thats the minimum that everyone should do everyday!
