This release makes a few changes and improvements:

1. The Volume and Pitch exercises now count up instead of counting down. No need to try and hold for 20 seconds, just as long as your therapist has asked you to.

2. If your text size setting your phone was turned up, sometimes the app would look a little off. We have now made the app look the same for everyone, regardless of the text size setting on your phone.

3. We've made text and labels much more legible throughout the app.

We can now send reminders to your phone/tablet if you forget to practice.

Sometimes if your text size was set very large, the text on sticky notes might not be fully shown. This update fixes that and text should now be fully shown.
