In and out
I saw the doctors Assistant within 2 mins of signing up and the doctor was there 2mins later and spent about 5-10 mins with me and wrote a prescription for me which I was able to print and bring in from the portal. So far so good . I was in and out . Kudos to Dr. Auroa Alva !!!

No help/support available
I was able to speak with a doctor pretty quickly, but my prescriptions weren’t sent over to my pharmacy. There is supposed to be a “virtual assistant”, but you can only message and nobody responds. No option to call or contact anybody any other way. I guess I don’t need my meds 🤷🏻♀️

Waiting for hours to talk to someone
I have been waiting for 3 hours. Someone came on and asked for my pharmacy. Then they told me a provider would talk to me next. That was an hour ago. I’m afraid to hang up so I don’t get charged for nothing. I guess I’ll wait until my phone dies.
